中國非公路礦用汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:從國際礦用車的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭格局和發(fā)展態(tài)勢來看,隨著中國在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和戰(zhàn)略地位的日益提升,全球礦山設(shè)備市場重心逐漸向以中國為中心的亞太地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移,國外的跨國工程機(jī)械巨頭和國內(nèi)的工程機(jī)械行業(yè)新秀,都將非公路礦用車行業(yè)作為其拓展利潤空間新的突破口,在中國及周邊國家市場上展開激烈爭奪,大量資金的涌入礦用車制造業(yè),在市場競爭中逐步將國內(nèi)的礦用自卸車發(fā)展為兩大類型:一類是傳統(tǒng)的專業(yè)化非公路礦用自卸車,包括機(jī)械傳動礦用自卸車和電動輪礦用自卸車;另一類是以公路重型卡車為基礎(chǔ)發(fā)展形成的寬體式自卸車。行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢標(biāo)志著礦用車產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到了全行業(yè)、多元化投資的時代,礦用車行業(yè)將呈現(xiàn)出同質(zhì)化、嚴(yán)酷競爭的態(tài)勢。 那么,中國非公路礦用汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的出路在哪里呢?產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)該選擇什么樣的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略才能使非公路礦用汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)保持長久的可持續(xù)發(fā)展動力并且擁有國際競爭力呢? 本文通過對中國非公路礦用汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了回顧以后,對產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)有重點(diǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行了分析發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在諸如產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)競爭對手劇增,惡性競爭有時候在所難免、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)專業(yè)高端人才嚴(yán)重缺乏、配套件供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)技術(shù)普遍落后、產(chǎn)業(yè)配套金融服務(wù)系統(tǒng)不完善、礦用汽車售后服務(wù)體系滯后等問題,緊接著對中國非公路礦用汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境、戰(zhàn)略能力展開了深入分析,并對中國非公路礦用汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了SWOT分析。最后,文章在上述評述和分析的基礎(chǔ)上得出中國非公路礦用汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)必須有針對性地選擇自主創(chuàng)新、整合聯(lián)盟、成本領(lǐng)先、系統(tǒng)化營銷等發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并給出了具體的實(shí)施措施,包括強(qiáng)化政府支持職能、加快推進(jìn)核心部件國產(chǎn)化、加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品自主創(chuàng)新,實(shí)施“產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作”、強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)高端人才、建立自主研發(fā)創(chuàng)新體系、加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)科技人才培養(yǎng)、實(shí)施產(chǎn)業(yè)并購整合、提高國際合作、合資水平、培育中小企業(yè),完善礦用汽車配套體系、強(qiáng)化與行業(yè)主導(dǎo)大客戶合作,大力推進(jìn)“借船出!钡。 希望文章能為中國非公路礦用汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Judging from the industrial competition pattern and development situation of international mining vehicles, with China's increasing global economic and strategic position, the center of gravity of the global mining equipment market is gradually shifting to the Asia-Pacific region, where China is the center. Foreign multinational construction machinery giants and domestic construction machinery industry rookies have taken the off-road mining car industry as a new breakthrough to expand their profit margins, and have engaged in fierce competition in the markets of China and its neighboring countries. With the influx of large amounts of funds into the mining vehicle manufacturing industry, in the market competition, the domestic mine dump truck is gradually developed into two types: one is the traditional specialized non-highway mine dump truck. The utility model includes a mechanically driven mine dump truck and an electric wheel mining dump truck; The other is the development of a wide-body dump truck based on heavy road trucks. The development trend of the industry indicates that the mining vehicle industry has entered into the whole industry. In the era of diversified investment, the mining car industry will show a situation of homogeneity and severe competition. So where is the way out for China's off-road mining industry? What kind of development strategy should the industry choose to make the off-road mining automobile industry maintain long-term sustainable development power and have international competitiveness? After reviewing the development course of China's off-road mining automobile industry, this paper analyzes the existing key enterprises in the industry and finds that there exist such as the sharp increase of competitors in the industry. Vicious competition is sometimes unavoidable. There are serious shortages of professional and high-end personnel in the industry, the production technology of accessories suppliers is generally backward, the financial service system of the industry is not perfect, the after-sales service system of mining vehicles is lagging behind, and so on. Then, the strategic environment and strategic capability of China's off-road mining automobile industry are analyzed deeply, and the SWOT analysis of China's off-highway mining automobile industry is carried out. Finally, on the basis of the above comments and analysis, the paper concludes that China's off-road mining automobile industry must choose independent innovation, integration alliance, cost leading, systematic marketing and other development strategies, and gives the specific implementation measures. These include strengthening government support functions, speeding up the localization of core components, strengthening independent innovation of products, implementing "industry-study-research cooperation," strengthening high-end talents in the industry, establishing independent R & D innovation systems, and strengthening the cultivation of scientific and technological personnel in industry. We should carry out industrial merger and acquisition integration, improve international cooperation, joint venture level, cultivate small and medium-sized enterprises, perfect the matching system of mining vehicles, strengthen cooperation with major customers leading the industry, and vigorously promote "sailing by boat". I hope the article can provide some reference for the development of the non-highway mining automobile industry in China.
