【摘要】：“十二五”期間國家大力支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)作為戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)納入“十二五”規(guī)劃重點扶持。新材料企業(yè)面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和發(fā)展機遇。然而我國新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展時間較短,企業(yè)經(jīng)營效率水平不一,行業(yè)競爭狀態(tài)不清晰。因此研究如何對我國新材料企業(yè)競爭力進行比較與評價便具有十分重要的意義。 本文選取我國新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)中以磁性材料為主營業(yè)務(wù)的15家上市公司為研究對象。首先,回顧了國內(nèi)外對于競爭力方面的研究文獻和成果；其次,對現(xiàn)有綜合評價方法進行了對比分析,尋找出最佳的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,并且利用靜態(tài)和動態(tài)相配合的方式實現(xiàn)對企業(yè)競爭力更加全面的比較；再次,結(jié)合我國新材料行業(yè)特點,基于波特著名的價值鏈模型,對影響我國新材料企業(yè)競爭力的構(gòu)成要素做出分析,并且以此構(gòu)建出符合我國新材料企業(yè)特性的競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系。最終論文得到如下結(jié)果： (1)對我國新材料上市企業(yè)競爭力情況實現(xiàn)了綜合排名,使得我國新材料企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀更加明晰。并且在此基礎(chǔ)上,明確了企業(yè)在各競爭力指標(biāo)中的差距情況,使得企業(yè)能夠更加有針對性的提升企業(yè)競爭力,尋找到企業(yè)提升路徑。 (2)構(gòu)建出適合我國新材料企業(yè)特性的競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法能夠有效的實現(xiàn)對其競爭力評價。 (3)我國新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相對較晚,抵御外部經(jīng)濟環(huán)境影響的能力較弱。一方面需要建立市場預(yù)警機制,防范市場風(fēng)險；另一方面需要政府更多的政策支持和政策落實。 (4)另外我國新材料企業(yè)競爭力的提升還有很大潛力,各企業(yè)也可在行業(yè)中尋找標(biāo)桿,在企業(yè)價值鏈中尋找到提升契機。就此,本文還提出了控制成本,加強預(yù)算管理、加強高新人才隊伍建設(shè),調(diào)整人才結(jié)構(gòu)、適當(dāng)擴大投資規(guī)模,調(diào)整資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)等提升對策。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan, the state vigorously supported the adjustment of industrial structure, and the new material industry as a strategic emerging industry was brought into the 12th Five-Year Plan. New material enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and development opportunities. However, the development time of the new material industry in China is short, the level of enterprise management efficiency is different, and the competition state of the industry is not clear. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to compare and evaluate the competitiveness of new materials enterprises in China. In this paper, 15 listed companies with magnetic materials as their main business in China's new material industry are selected as research objects. First of all, review the domestic and foreign research literature and achievements on competitiveness; Secondly, the existing comprehensive evaluation methods are compared and analyzed to find out the best grey relational analysis method, and make use of static and dynamic ways to achieve a more comprehensive comparison of enterprise competitiveness; Thirdly, based on Porter's famous value chain model, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the competitiveness of new materials enterprises in China. And build the competitiveness evaluation index system according with the characteristics of new materials enterprises in China. The final results are as follows: (1) the comprehensive ranking of the competitiveness of new materials listed enterprises in China has been achieved, which makes the status of new materials enterprises in our country more clear. And on this basis, the gap in the competitiveness of the enterprise in each index is clear, so that the enterprise can be more targeted to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, to find the path to enhance the enterprise. (2) A competitive evaluation index system suitable for the characteristics of new materials enterprises in China is constructed, and the grey relational analysis method can be used to evaluate the competitiveness of new materials enterprises effectively. (3) the development of new material industry is relatively late, and the ability to resist the influence of external economic environment is weak. On the one hand, it is necessary to establish market early warning mechanism to guard against market risk; on the other hand, the government needs more policy support and policy implementation. (4) in addition, there is great potential to improve the competitiveness of new materials enterprises in China. Enterprises can also look for benchmarks in the industry and opportunities for upgrading in the enterprise value chain. Therefore, this paper also puts forward some countermeasures such as controlling cost, strengthening budget management, strengthening the construction of hi-tech talents, adjusting talent structure, expanding investment scale, adjusting asset structure and so on.
