新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:作為全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)走出了一條特色發(fā)展之路。此間中國眾多的民營中小企業(yè)發(fā)揮了重要作用。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)變數(shù)較大的今天,市場競爭日趨激烈,國內(nèi)一些中小企業(yè)跟不上形勢的變化而黯然離場,另一些中小企業(yè)卻走出了與眾不同的發(fā)展之路。 共享服務(wù)中心的組織模式,,是跨國公司先進(jìn)的管理模式,國內(nèi)很多度過了創(chuàng)業(yè)期、處于成長壯大期的企業(yè)也采用了這種模式。 本文以新中新集團(tuán)為例,研究了共享服務(wù)中心模式在國內(nèi)中小民營企業(yè)的應(yīng)用。全文分五個(gè)部分論述:首先是課題背景及研究的目的和意義、共享服務(wù)中心及其相關(guān)理論的發(fā)展概況。其次是實(shí)際案例研究,分析新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心管理現(xiàn)狀,介紹目前新中新集團(tuán)概況、新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心的沿革、新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心的運(yùn)行模式,同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際剖析新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心存在的問題。然后是結(jié)合理論基礎(chǔ)與借鑒先進(jìn)管理方法,設(shè)計(jì)新的優(yōu)化解決方案,從而指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工作。主要內(nèi)容包括:新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)整、新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心服務(wù)能力的提升、新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心的公司化發(fā)展。然后是新中新集團(tuán)共享服務(wù)中心解決方案落實(shí)的保障,是保障優(yōu)化解決方案設(shè)計(jì)落實(shí)的配套內(nèi)容,包括樹立“用心服務(wù)、成就客戶”的服務(wù)理念、進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化組織機(jī)構(gòu)、強(qiáng)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)激勵(lì)與考核、引入先進(jìn)的信息化手段等。最后結(jié)論,總結(jié)本文研究成果,對本文的借鑒意義進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:As the world's second largest economy, China's economy has taken a unique path of development. Chinese numerous private small and medium-sized enterprises have played an important role in this area. Today, the global economic variables are great, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, some domestic SMEs can not keep up with the changes of the situation and leave the market, but some small and medium-sized enterprises have gone out of the way of different development. The organization mode of shared service center is the advanced management mode of multinational corporations. Many enterprises in China have passed the period of entrepreneurship, and the enterprises in the period of growth and expansion have also adopted this model. Taking Xinzhongxin Group as an example, this paper studies the application of shared service center model in small and medium-sized private enterprises in China. The thesis is divided into five parts: firstly, the background of the project, the purpose and significance of the research, the development of shared service center and its related theories. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of Xinzhongxin Group's shared service center management, introduces the general situation of Xinzhongxin Group, the evolution of Xinzhongxin Group's shared service center, and the operating mode of Xinzhongxin Group's shared service center. At the same time, combined with the actual analysis of the new Zhongxin Group shared service center problems. Then a new optimization solution is designed based on the theoretical basis and the advanced management method to guide the practical work. The main contents include: the business adjustment of Xinzhongxin Group shared Service Center, the improvement of Xinzhongxin Group shared Service Center service ability, and the development of Xinzhongxin Group shared Service Center. Then there is the guarantee of the implementation of the shared service center solution of Xinzhongxin Group, which is the supporting content to ensure the optimization of the solution design and implementation, including setting up the service concept of "serving by heart, achieving customers", and further optimizing the organization and organization. Strengthen the construction of leadership team, strengthen the encouragement and examination, introduce advanced information methods, etc. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized, and the significance of this paper is prospected.
