【摘要】：隨著環(huán)境破壞、自然資源短缺等問題日益嚴重,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟已成為當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的大趨勢,如何處理好電子產(chǎn)品的逆向物流問題已成為各方重點關(guān)注的問題,尤其現(xiàn)在電子產(chǎn)品回收率比較低,很多電子產(chǎn)品很難得到有效的回收處理。如何提高產(chǎn)品回收率,做好電子產(chǎn)品的逆向物流處理工作是現(xiàn)在急需解決的問題之一,國家現(xiàn)已出臺多部法律法規(guī)來規(guī)范其回收處理工作,并著重提出要提高電子產(chǎn)品回收率,要求其在2015年達到70%。作為電子產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、消費大國,我國應(yīng)盡快建立起可以實現(xiàn)高回收率的電子產(chǎn)品逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)�；谏鲜霰尘�,在研讀了國內(nèi)外大量關(guān)于逆向物流及網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的研究文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了考慮產(chǎn)品回收率的第三方物流服務(wù)商構(gòu)建的電子產(chǎn)品逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的研究,其對于解決電子產(chǎn)品回收率低這一問題有重要意義。本文在具體研究時,首先對于逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究理論基礎(chǔ)做了分析,包括對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的研究梳理,逆向物流的基本概念、實施的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實意義等。其次分析電子產(chǎn)品這一特定類型產(chǎn)品的逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),包括影響產(chǎn)品回收率的因素、逆向物流的特征,并對實施電子產(chǎn)品逆向物流的三種模式進行了分析比較,得出逆向物流外包模式,即由第三方物流服務(wù)商來主導(dǎo)電子產(chǎn)品的逆向物流的方式比較適合進行推廣。再次,本文對電子產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流體統(tǒng)做了分析,包括服務(wù)內(nèi)涵、服務(wù)內(nèi)容,實施此模式的益處和障礙,最后研究了電子產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文從產(chǎn)品回收是否便利的角度考慮提高電子產(chǎn)品回收率,并以此為前提建立一個電子產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃模型,這也是本文的核心工作。在建立模型時利用整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃模型描述了逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的具體構(gòu)建方式,并給出了相應(yīng)的數(shù)值算例,通過對算例的計算、分析,驗證了模型的正確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the environmental damage and the shortage of natural resources, the realization of sustainable development and circular economy has become the main trend of the current economic development. How to deal with the reverse logistics of electronic products has become the focus of attention. In particular, the recovery rate of electronic products is relatively low, many electronic products are difficult to be effectively recycled. How to improve the recovery rate of products and how to deal with the reverse logistics of electronic products is one of the problems that need to be solved. The state has issued many laws and regulations to standardize the recovery and treatment of electronic products, and put forward emphatically to improve the recovery rate of electronic products. It is expected to reach 70 by 2015. As a large country in the production and consumption of electronic products, China should establish a reverse logistics network of electronic products with high recovery rate as soon as possible. Based on the above background, on the basis of studying a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on reverse logistics and network planning, this paper puts forward the research of electronic product reverse logistics network planning based on the third party logistics service provider considering product recovery rate. It is of great significance to solve the problem of low recovery rate of electronic products. In this paper, first of all, the theoretical basis of reverse logistics network is analyzed, including the related literature at home and abroad, the basic concept of reverse logistics, the theoretical basis of implementation and practical significance. Secondly, this paper analyzes the reverse logistics network of electronic products, including the factors affecting product recovery, the characteristics of reverse logistics, and analyzes and compares the three models of implementing reverse logistics of electronic products. The reverse logistics outsourcing mode, that is, the third party logistics service provider to lead the reverse logistics of electronic products is more suitable for promotion. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the third party reverse logistics system of electronic products, including service connotation, service content, the benefits and obstacles of implementing this model, and finally studies the network structure of electronic products third party reverse logistics. On this basis, this paper considers whether product recovery is convenient to improve the recovery rate of electronic products, and establishes an electronic products third party reverse logistics network planning model, which is also the core work of this paper. In the process of establishing the model, the concrete construction mode of reverse logistics network is described by using the integer linear programming model, and the corresponding numerical example is given. The correctness and validity of the model are verified by the calculation and analysis of the example.
