【摘要】：當(dāng)前，我國(guó)造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨原料不足，，資源耗費(fèi)高，污染防治難，規(guī)模不當(dāng)，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平低等問(wèn)題。造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)只有通過(guò)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)建才能突破瓶頸實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)保護(hù)環(huán)境、節(jié)約資源，以盡可能少的資源消耗和盡可能小的環(huán)境代價(jià)取得最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，才能使得社會(huì)效益、生態(tài)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益得到全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 本文以生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)理論和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論為研究基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和林紙一體化理論，對(duì)造紙企業(yè)環(huán)境和發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行分析，以實(shí)踐調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，提出造紙企業(yè)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)建發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議，最后得出本文的結(jié)論。 具體而言，本課題研究的主要目的為通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)尤其是造紙企業(yè)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈運(yùn)作機(jī)制的系統(tǒng)化、深層次研究，進(jìn)一步豐富現(xiàn)有的生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論和企業(yè)共生理論，同時(shí)為生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論從概念、理論推廣到為造紙企業(yè)提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐參考。具體的研究目的表現(xiàn)在如下幾個(gè)方面： 1）研究生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈生成機(jī)制，為后續(xù)研究奠定基礎(chǔ)； 2）分析生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中企業(yè)（主要是造紙企業(yè)）和政府的策略選擇，為企業(yè)參與生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈提供決策支持； 3）為生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈伙伴間合作關(guān)系的處理提供理論支持； 4）造紙企業(yè)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中企業(yè)間的信息共享機(jī)制的研究為生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作提供信息技術(shù)支持； 5）根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際，探討造紙生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)建模式，在實(shí)證研究基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展提出可行的對(duì)策和建議。 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法，結(jié)合理論和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈定性分析，并對(duì)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行生態(tài)效益分析，為未來(lái)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展提供理論指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, China's paper industry is faced with problems such as shortage of raw materials, high consumption of resources, difficult prevention and control of pollution, improper scale, low level of technological innovation, and so on. Only through the construction of ecological industry chain can the paper industry break through the bottleneck to achieve sustainable development, so as to protect the environment, save resources and obtain the greatest economic benefits with as little resource consumption and as little environmental cost as possible. In order to make the social, ecological and economic benefits to a comprehensive and coordinated development. Based on the theory of ecological industry and the theory of circular economy, this paper analyzes the environment and development model of papermaking enterprises, and carries out empirical research on the basis of practical investigation data, combining the theory of ecological industry chain and the integration of forest and paper. The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of the ecological industrial chain of paper making enterprises, and finally draws the conclusion of this paper. Specifically, the main purpose of this study is to further enrich the existing theory of ecological industrial chain and the theory of enterprise symbiosis through systematization and deep research on the operation mechanism of ecological industrial chain of enterprises, especially papermaking enterprises. At the same time, it provides theoretical basis and practical reference for paper making enterprises from concept and theory to paper industry chain theory. The specific purpose of the research is as follows: 1) to study the mechanism of eco-industrial chain formation and lay a foundation for further research; 2) analyzing the strategic choice of enterprises (mainly papermaking enterprises) and government in the ecological industrial chain to provide decision support for enterprises to participate in the ecological industrial chain; 3) providing theoretical support for the handling of the cooperative relationship among the partners in the ecological industry chain; 4) the research of information sharing mechanism among enterprises in the ecological industrial chain of papermaking enterprises provides information technology support for the coordinated operation of ecological industrial chain, 5) according to the development of paper industry at home and abroad, On the basis of empirical research, the paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the ecological development of papermaking enterprises in China. In this paper, the qualitative analysis of ecological industrial chain is carried out by using literature analysis method, combining theory and practice, and ecological benefit analysis of ecological industrial chain is carried out, which provides theoretical guidance and basis for the development of ecological industry chain in the future.
