G公司庫存控制的改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)代社會(huì),客戶的要求越來越多,提前期越來越短,需要企業(yè)快速反應(yīng)。由于客戶需求變化太快,要么供不上貨,要么就得積壓庫存。在生產(chǎn)過程中,庫存能彌補(bǔ)生產(chǎn)的不確定性,起到緩沖的作用,從而保證成本的穩(wěn)定及交貨期的準(zhǔn)時(shí)。庫存在企業(yè)中普遍存在,一旦超過限度,就需要進(jìn)行庫存控制。 庫存控制涉及很多流程及實(shí)際操作,從需求訂單的管理到MRP、再到物料與生產(chǎn)的組織,從原材料、成品的存儲(chǔ)管理到配送、調(diào)撥,整個(gè)過程都是庫存控制的過程。庫存控制是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,涉及供應(yīng)環(huán)節(jié)的各個(gè)方面。因此庫存控制活動(dòng)不只是庫存管理部門的事,涉及到企業(yè)的各個(gè)方面,需要整個(gè)公司各個(gè)部門共同解決。 本論文通過對(duì)G公司庫存進(jìn)行ABC、庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率等分析,利用六西格瑪?shù)姆治龇椒?對(duì)物料的整個(gè)流程進(jìn)行分析,利用頭腦風(fēng)暴法找出原因,繪制因果圖,找到庫存控制的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),利用庫存控制理論基本知識(shí),利用分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,對(duì)庫存控制進(jìn)行分析改進(jìn),深入企業(yè)庫存控制的相關(guān)方面,利用ERP平臺(tái),將所作研究固化為工作流程,從而降低企業(yè)庫存,使企業(yè)從中受益。
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, the demand of customers is getting more and more, the lead time is shorter and shorter, need enterprises to react quickly. Because the customer demand changes too fast, either cannot supply goods, or must backlog the stock. In the process of production, inventory can make up for the uncertainty of production, play a buffer role, so as to ensure the stability of cost and the punctuality of delivery. Inventory exists widely in enterprises, once the limit is exceeded, inventory control is needed. Inventory control involves many processes and practical operations, from the management of demand orders to MRP, to the organization of materials and production, from the storage management of raw materials and finished products to the distribution and allocation, the whole process is the process of inventory control. Inventory control is a system engineering, involving all aspects of the supply chain. Therefore, inventory control activities are not only matters of inventory management department, but also related to all aspects of the enterprise, which need to be solved by all departments of the whole company. In this paper, the ABC, inventory turnover of G company inventory is analyzed, six Sigma analysis method is used to analyze the whole process of the material, the reason is found out by the brainstorming method, the causality diagram is drawn, and the key point of inventory control is found. Based on the basic knowledge of inventory control theory and the problems found in the analysis, the paper analyzes and improves the inventory control, deepens the related aspects of the enterprise inventory control, and uses ERP platform to solidify the research into the work flow. So as to reduce the enterprise inventory, so that enterprises benefit from it.
