A公司四旋翼無人機(jī)項目商業(yè)計劃書

【摘要】:無人機(jī)又稱無人機(jī)駕駛飛行器,是近年來發(fā)展起來的一個集空氣動力學(xué)、材料力學(xué)、自動控制技術(shù)、軟件技術(shù)為一體的高科技產(chǎn)品。無人機(jī)廣泛用于空中偵察、監(jiān)視、通信、反潛、電子干擾等領(lǐng)域。目前世界上有30余個國家和地區(qū)研制出了50多種無人機(jī),無人機(jī)型號超過300余種,有55個國家裝備了無人機(jī)。 隨著無人機(jī)技術(shù)和市場的逐漸成熟,我國多家單位加快了無人機(jī)研制的發(fā)展步伐,近年來我國在國土測繪、海洋應(yīng)用、應(yīng)急救援、森林防火等民用領(lǐng)域逐步開始了無人機(jī)應(yīng)用的嘗試。 無人機(jī)在使用中具有成本低、使用方便、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點,但同時作為一種航空產(chǎn)品,也要求無人機(jī)產(chǎn)品具有非常高的可靠性和可操控性。目前國內(nèi)無人機(jī)市場普遍存在可靠性差、可維護(hù)性差等特點、系統(tǒng)不完善等問題,影響了無人機(jī)在各個行業(yè)的推廣應(yīng)用和市場的快速形成。而A公司引入德國無人機(jī)制造技術(shù),在無人機(jī)方面的產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢恰恰解決了影響無人機(jī)推廣的難題,在市場上占據(jù)先機(jī),為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大市場占有率,和收購德國無人機(jī)研發(fā)公司股份,A公司提出了項目的再融資計劃。 本文首先論述了該商業(yè)計劃產(chǎn)生的背景和意義,然后運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理的理論對四旋翼無人機(jī)項目內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為目前國內(nèi)無人機(jī)民用市場雖在導(dǎo)入期,但是具有廣泛市場應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)和非常大的發(fā)展?jié)摿;在對A公司的競爭優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行分析后,,運(yùn)用市場營銷的理論進(jìn)行市場細(xì)分,確定目標(biāo)市場以及市場定位;然后制定營銷計劃,通過4P模型分析A公司四旋翼無人機(jī)銷組合策略;之后運(yùn)用財務(wù)管理的知識進(jìn)行投資分析,對項目財務(wù)決策指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評價;最后運(yùn)用風(fēng)險管理的相關(guān)理論對項目可能遇到的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行分析并提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險對策以及風(fēng)險規(guī)避方法。 通過本文研究表明,A公司的四旋翼無人機(jī)項目其產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用范圍廣,市場前景廣闊,其產(chǎn)品本身具有明顯的優(yōu)勢。項目本身的動態(tài)回收期為2.99年,投資者的投入的本項目的回收期也可以達(dá)到4.38年,項目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著,而項目本身的風(fēng)險性可以控制在較低水平,研究結(jié)論顯示本項目可行。 本商業(yè)計劃書為A公司的資本融資提供決策參考,希望A公司能夠吸收到所期望的行業(yè)投資,以達(dá)到投資者、客戶、員工乃至社會的多贏目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:UAV, also known as UAV, is a high-tech product which integrates aerodynamics, mechanics of materials, automatic control technology and software technology. UAVs are widely used in air reconnaissance, surveillance, communications, anti-submarine, electronic jamming and other fields. At present, more than 50 kinds of UAVs have been developed in more than 30 countries and regions in the world, more than 300 kinds of UAVs have been developed, and 55 countries are equipped with UAVs. With the gradual maturity of UAV technology and market, many units in our country have accelerated the development of UAV development. In recent years, our country has applied in land mapping, marine applications, emergency rescue, Forest fire prevention and other civilian fields have gradually started the application of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). UAV has the characteristics of low cost, convenient use and strong environmental adaptability. However, as a kind of aviation product, UAV is also required to have high reliability and maneuverability. At present, some problems such as poor reliability, poor maintainability, imperfect system and so on exist in the domestic UAV market, which affect the popularization and application of UAV in various industries and the rapid formation of the market. And Company A introduced German UAV manufacturing technology, the product superiority in UAV just solved the problem that affects the UAV promotion, occupied the first opportunity in the market, in order to further expand the market share, And the acquisition of German drone R & D shares of the company proposed a refinancing plan for the project. This paper first discusses the background and significance of the commercial plan, and then analyzes the internal and external environment of the four-rotor UAV project by using the theory of strategic management. It is concluded that the domestic civilian UAV market is in the period of introduction. But it has a broad market application foundation and great potential for development. After analyzing the competitive advantages of Company A, we use the theory of marketing to segment the market and determine the target market and market positioning. Then we draw up a marketing plan. The 4P model is used to analyze the four rotor UAV combination strategy of company A, and then the investment analysis is carried out by using the knowledge of financial management to evaluate the financial decision index of the project. Finally, risk management theory is used to analyze the risks that the project may encounter, and the corresponding risk countermeasures and risk aversion methods are put forward. Through the research of this paper, it is shown that the four-rotor UAV project of TIA Company has a wide range of applications and a broad market prospect, and the products themselves have obvious advantages. The dynamic payback period of the project itself is 2.99 years, and the payback period of the project invested by the investors can also reach 4.38 years. The economic benefit of the project is remarkable, while the risk of the project itself can be controlled at a lower level. The research conclusion shows that the project is feasible. This business plan provides a reference for the capital financing of company A, hoping that company A can absorb the expected investment in the industry to achieve the multi-win goals of investors, customers, employees and even society.
