【摘要】：企業(yè)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)作為一種文化構(gòu)建的工具,在企業(yè)文化構(gòu)建和傳播中扮演著非常重要的角色。企業(yè)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)通過與企業(yè)文化完美的結(jié)合,從理念、行為、視覺三個(gè)方面為企業(yè)宣傳文化做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。 中外企業(yè),為了統(tǒng)一自己的形象、獲得外部受眾的認(rèn)可,從而獲得持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,都高度重視企業(yè)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)。本文中內(nèi)蒙古伊泰集團(tuán)有限公司很早便引進(jìn)企業(yè)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)來(lái)輔助企業(yè)文化的構(gòu)建,文章對(duì)伊泰集團(tuán)公司的企業(yè)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況做了詳細(xì)的論述,研究了內(nèi)蒙古伊泰集團(tuán)有限公司的企業(yè)文化中的企業(yè)識(shí)別系統(tǒng),即理念識(shí)別系統(tǒng),行為識(shí)別系統(tǒng)和視覺識(shí)別系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了分析研究,對(duì)企業(yè)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)引進(jìn)過程中的存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,并作出了針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:As a tool of culture construction, enterprise identification system plays a very important role in the construction and dissemination of corporate culture. Through the perfect combination with corporate culture, the enterprise identification system makes great contributions to corporate propaganda culture from three aspects: idea, behavior and vision. Chinese and foreign enterprises attach great importance to the enterprise identification system in order to unify their own image, obtain the recognition of external audience and gain sustained competitiveness. In this paper, Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co., Ltd. introduced the enterprise identification system to assist the construction of corporate culture, the article discusses the application of the enterprise identification system of the Yitai Group Company in detail. This paper studies the enterprise identification system in the enterprise culture of Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co., Ltd., which is the concept identification system, the behavior identification system and the visual identification system. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of the introduction of enterprise identification system, and makes some suggestions for improvement.
