基于社會責任管理的ZSY公司文化建設(shè)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:目前企業(yè)文化建設(shè)水平已經(jīng)是衡量一個企業(yè)整體實力的重要標準。企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)也越來越受到社會的關(guān)注!百Y源是會枯竭的,唯有文化才會生生不息”企業(yè)文化無時不在的貫穿企業(yè)發(fā)展的全過程。對于國有企業(yè)ZSY公司而言,能否找準企業(yè)文化的準確定位,如何把現(xiàn)有的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)進行有效的優(yōu)化,特別是把社會責任管理內(nèi)容有機的融合在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中,對企業(yè)的良性發(fā)展,能夠產(chǎn)生積極地推動作用。 本論文論述了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的先進經(jīng)驗,分析了目前國內(nèi)企業(yè)文化的現(xiàn)狀及ZSY公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的情況。在前人理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合ZSY公司的實際情況,通過對ZSY公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的效果進行觀察和分析,對企業(yè)相關(guān)人員進行訪談等手段,細致分析了ZSY公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的優(yōu)點和差距?偨Y(jié)了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中取得的經(jīng)驗與和存在的不足。為ZSY公司今后的企業(yè)文化發(fā)展方向提出了建議。認為作為國有大型企業(yè),ZSY公司今后應(yīng)該繼續(xù)加強企業(yè)高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視這個企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的必要條件。加大力度引導(dǎo)包括臨時用工、季節(jié)工在內(nèi)的所有基層員工全員積極參與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。建立有自己獨特風格的企業(yè)文化品牌,提高企業(yè)品牌辨識度,并根據(jù)ZSY公司的國有企業(yè)性質(zhì),把企業(yè)該擔負的社會責任,通過企業(yè)文化建設(shè)滲透到企業(yè)文化當中,使之成為企業(yè)文化的一個組成部分。 本文的研究成果具有一定的理論和實際意義。其理論意義在于通過分析研究對照國內(nèi)外先進理論知識,認識了ZSY公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢及不足;實踐意義在于提出了ZSY公司今后發(fā)展的建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:At present, the level of corporate culture construction has been an important standard to measure the overall strength of an enterprise. The construction of enterprise culture has also been paid more and more attention by the society. "the resources will be exhausted, only the culture can live forever." the enterprise culture runs through the whole process of the enterprise development all the time. For the state-owned enterprise ZSY company, can we find the accurate orientation of the enterprise culture, how to effectively optimize the existing enterprise culture construction, especially the content of the social responsibility management organic integration in the enterprise culture construction, To the enterprise's benign development, can produce the positive promotion function. This paper discusses the advanced experience of enterprise culture construction, analyzes the present situation of domestic enterprise culture and the situation of ZSY corporation enterprise culture construction. On the basis of previous theories, combined with the actual situation of ZSY Company, through the observation and analysis of the effect of corporate culture construction of ZSY Company, the interview of related personnel of the enterprise is carried out. This paper analyzes the advantages and differences of ZSY's corporate culture construction in detail. This paper summarizes the experience and shortcomings in the construction of enterprise culture. Some suggestions are put forward for the future development of ZSY's corporate culture. It is believed that as a large state-owned enterprise, ZSY Company should continue to strengthen the senior leadership of the enterprise and pay attention to the necessary conditions for the construction of the enterprise culture in the future. Step up efforts to guide all grass-roots employees, including temporary workers and seasonal workers, to actively participate in the construction of corporate culture. To establish the enterprise culture brand with its own unique style, to improve the enterprise brand identification, and according to the nature of the state-owned enterprise of ZSY company, to permeate the corporate culture with the social responsibility of the enterprise through the construction of the enterprise culture. Make it an integral part of corporate culture. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance. The theoretical significance lies in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise culture construction of ZSY Company through analyzing and studying the advanced theoretical knowledge at home and abroad, and the practical significance lies in putting forward constructive suggestions for the future development of ZSY Company.
