九陽生物人力資源戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:人力資源是組織在一定范圍內(nèi)作為生產(chǎn)性要素投入到社會經(jīng)濟活動的全部勞動人員的總和。隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程的加快,企業(yè)之間的競爭越來越表現(xiàn)為人才的競爭,人力資源被視為企業(yè)最寶貴的戰(zhàn)略資源。在實踐中,為適應環(huán)境的變化,需要對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行調(diào)整,人力資源戰(zhàn)略服務于發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定提供信息,是發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標實現(xiàn)的有力保障。 本文借助SW0T矩陣分析的方法,通過對九陽生物的基本現(xiàn)狀、人力資源、人力資源管理職能等的系統(tǒng)分析,研究和確定公司的人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略的目標,并依據(jù)現(xiàn)代人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略理論,建立分層分類的戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理系統(tǒng),同時制定了九陽生物人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略具體的實施方案。 本文共分為六個章節(jié)。第一章通過描述生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的背景和九陽生物的現(xiàn)狀及問題,分析對公司進行人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略研究的必要性和迫切性。同時闡述了國內(nèi)外人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出本文建立公司人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略擬應用的觀點、方法以及本文研究的技術(shù)路線。第二章主要對人力資源管理理論以及人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理理論進行了闡述。第三章分析了公司所面臨的外部環(huán)境以及公司人力資源的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,指出九陽生物人力資源管理存在的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢和劣勢。進而列出公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略的SW0T分析矩陣。第四章主要確定公司人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略制定的原則,明確公司人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略的目標以及人力資源戰(zhàn)略的基本內(nèi)容,從人才引進、績效管理、薪酬管理、培訓管理、企業(yè)文化等方面進行了公司人力資源管理職能戰(zhàn)略的制定。第五章探討了公司人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略實施的基本思路、切入點和主要措施。第六章全文總結(jié),歸納了本文的研究結(jié)論。 本論文的研究成果對九陽生物的發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實的意義,同時對生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的企業(yè)人力資源管理也具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Human resource is the sum total of all the workers who are put into social and economic activities as productive factors within a certain range. With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the competition among enterprises is more and more reflected in the competition of talents. Human resources are regarded as the most valuable strategic resources of enterprises. In practice, in order to adapt to the change of environment, it is necessary to adjust the enterprise development strategy. The human resource strategy serves the development strategy and provides information for the development strategy formulation, which is the powerful guarantee for the realization of the development strategy goal. With the help of SW0T matrix analysis, this paper studies and determines the objectives of the company's human resource management strategy through the systematic analysis of the basic status of Jiuyang biology and the functions of human resources management. Based on the theory of modern human resource management strategy, the strategic human resource management system with hierarchical classification is established, and the specific implementation scheme of Jiuyang biological human resource management strategy is also worked out. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the necessity and urgency of the research on the strategy of human resource management by describing the background of biomedical industry and the current situation and problems of Jiuyang biology. At the same time, the development status of human resource management strategy at home and abroad is expounded, and the viewpoint, method and technical route of this paper are put forward to establish the human resource management strategy of the company. The second chapter mainly expounds the theory of human resource management and the theory of human resource strategic management. The third chapter analyzes the external environment and the present situation of the company's human resources management, and points out the internal advantages and disadvantages of Jiuyang biological human resources management. Then lists the SW0T analysis matrix of the company's human resources strategy. The fourth chapter mainly determines the principles of the human resource management strategy, defines the objectives of the human resource management strategy and the basic content of the human resources strategy, from the talent introduction, performance management, salary management, training management, Corporate culture and other aspects of the company's human resources management function strategy formulation. The fifth chapter discusses the basic ideas, entry points and main measures of the implementation of human resources management strategy. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text, summarizes the research conclusion of this paper. The research results of this paper have important practical significance to the development of Jiuyang biology, and also have certain reference significance to the enterprise human resource management of biological medicine industry.
