【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛的發(fā)展,全球化、國際化形勢愈加明朗,世界范圍內(nèi)各行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭變得越來越激烈。如何在殘酷的市場中創(chuàng)造并保持競爭優(yōu)勢,已成為每個企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和發(fā)展的首要問題,而對制造企業(yè)來說,企業(yè)的現(xiàn)場管理、質(zhì)量提升、產(chǎn)能提高、成本壓力就變得更加重要。目前銅管行業(yè)“供大于求”,面對如何嚴(yán)峻的市場形勢,迫使JT銅管公司引進(jìn)精益生產(chǎn),現(xiàn)在全球推行的精益管理模式是提高企業(yè)管理水平、降低制造成本的一個重要有效的手段,希望通過精益生產(chǎn)消除浪費、提高效益以贏得顧客信任和提高市場占有。 本文對精益生產(chǎn)的理論做了綜述分析,同時,詳細(xì)介紹了JT銅管公司推進(jìn)精益的方案、過程,對比了推進(jìn)精益前后的效果,同時對目前推進(jìn)過程中存在的問題及進(jìn)一步改善建議做了闡述,同時對零隙顧問公司在JT銅管公司推行精益生產(chǎn)的實踐過程、推行過程中采取的主要方法及JT銅管公司實施精益生產(chǎn)過程中碰到的問題及解決方式等方面進(jìn)行了深入研究,力求在理論與實踐結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,對JT銅管公司精益生產(chǎn)的起因、過程、成功以及今后的改進(jìn)方向等進(jìn)行全面研究,以期對JT銅管公司今后推行精益生產(chǎn)有所幫助,并對其他銅管企業(yè)推進(jìn)精益生產(chǎn)有所借鑒指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, globalization and internationalization, the economic competition of all industries in the world becomes more and more intense. How to create and maintain the competitive advantage in the cruel market has become the primary problem for the production and development of every enterprise. For the manufacturing enterprise, the quality of the enterprise is improved and the quality is improved. As the production capacity increases, the cost pressure becomes more important. At present, the copper pipe industry is "oversupply". Facing the severe market situation, the JT copper pipe company is forced to introduce lean production. Now the lean management model is an important and effective means to improve the management level of the enterprise and reduce the cost of manufacturing. Eliminate waste and improve efficiency to win customer trust and increase market share.
In this paper, the theory of lean production is summarized and analyzed. At the same time, the project of JT copper pipe company is introduced in detail, the process is introduced, the effect of advancing lean process is compared. At the same time, the existing problems and further improvement suggestions are expounded. At the same time, the lean production is carried out by the zero gap consultant company in JT copper pipe company. The main methods adopted in the practice process, the main methods adopted in the implementation process and the problems encountered by the JT copper pipe company in the implementation of lean production and the solutions are studied in depth. On the basis of the combination of theory and practice, the cause, process, success and future direction of the lean production of JT copper pipe company are comprehensively studied. It is expected to be helpful for JT Copper Tube Company to carry out lean production in the future, and to provide guidance for other copper tube enterprises to promote lean production.
