【摘要】：隨著生產制造業(yè)不斷地發(fā)展、行業(yè)競爭不斷加劇,行業(yè)發(fā)展速度明顯回落,為了實現生產制造業(yè)的復興,產業(yè)集群這種發(fā)展模式引起越來越多的重視。產業(yè)集群是現代裝備制造業(yè)的全新發(fā)展模式,可提高企業(yè)間的協(xié)作能力、市場競爭力,這種發(fā)展模式已經得到越來越來的政府和企業(yè)的認可。我國的產業(yè)集群的發(fā)展正處于初級發(fā)展階段,產業(yè)集群的發(fā)展水平參差不齊,我國現有的很多產業(yè)集群都是地理位置上的集聚,并未產生良好的協(xié)同效應,中衛(wèi)模式產業(yè)集群是產業(yè)集群中的一種重要的集群形式,中衛(wèi)模式產業(yè)集群內的中心企業(yè)與衛(wèi)星企業(yè)相輔相成、協(xié)同發(fā)展。中衛(wèi)模式產業(yè)集群內的中心企業(yè)與衛(wèi)星企業(yè)之間的生產、質量、管理協(xié)同度是影響產業(yè)集群整體競爭力的重要因素。目前,中衛(wèi)模式產業(yè)集群的發(fā)展還存在一些問題,對于生產制造類的產業(yè)集群來說,生產協(xié)同度的高低決定了產業(yè)集群的發(fā)展水平。本文主要研究中衛(wèi)模式產業(yè)集群的生產協(xié)同問題,具體研究內容如下：(1)構建基于信任度的衛(wèi)星企業(yè)選擇評價指標體系。中衛(wèi)模式產業(yè)集群內的中心企業(yè)要對衛(wèi)星企業(yè)進行選擇,本文從信任度的角度提出了評價衛(wèi)星企業(yè)的指標體系。(2)中衛(wèi)模式產業(yè)集群生產協(xié)同管理方式的提出。對產業(yè)集群經營管理框架進行分析,提出中衛(wèi)模式產業(yè)集群生產協(xié)同管理流程和制度。(3)構建產業(yè)集群生產協(xié)同評價模型。建立產業(yè)集群生產協(xié)同評價指標體系,并運用協(xié)同理論和綜合評價的知識,提出產業(yè)集群生產協(xié)同評價模型。(4)針對沈陽某機床城進行了產業(yè)集群生產協(xié)同評價,得出具體結果,并根據評價結果提出了機床城存在的相關問題以及相應的解決辦法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, the competition of the industry is becoming more and more serious, and the speed of the development of the industry has dropped obviously. In order to realize the revival of the manufacturing industry, the development mode of industrial cluster has attracted more and more attention. Industrial cluster is a brand new development model of modern equipment manufacturing industry, which can improve the cooperation ability and market competitiveness among enterprises. This development model has been recognized by more and more governments and enterprises. The development of industrial clusters in China is in the primary stage of development, the level of development of industrial clusters is uneven, many of the existing industrial clusters in China are geographical agglomeration, did not produce a good synergy effect. Zhongwei industrial cluster is an important form of industrial cluster. The central enterprises and satellite enterprises in Zhongwei industrial cluster complement each other and develop in coordination. The production quality and management synergy between the central enterprises and satellite enterprises in Zhongwei industrial cluster are the important factors affecting the overall competitiveness of industrial clusters. At present, there are still some problems in the development of Zhongwei industrial cluster. For the industrial cluster of production and manufacture, the degree of production synergy determines the development level of industrial cluster. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the evaluation index system of satellite enterprise selection based on trust degree is constructed. In this paper, the index system of evaluating satellite enterprises is put forward from the perspective of trust degree. (2) the cooperative management mode of production in Zhongwei industrial cluster is put forward. This paper analyzes the management framework of industrial cluster, and puts forward the production coordination management process and system of Zhongwei industrial cluster. (3) constructing the evaluation model of industrial cluster production coordination. The evaluation index system of industrial cluster production coordination is established, and the evaluation model of industrial cluster production coordination is put forward by using synergy theory and comprehensive evaluation knowledge. (4) the industrial cluster production coordination evaluation is carried out in a certain machine city of Shenyang, and the concrete results are obtained. According to the evaluation results, the related problems and corresponding solutions are put forward.
