【摘要】：供應(yīng)商管理是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、運行、銷售等活動中涉及的一個十分重要的內(nèi)容,隨著市場的不斷變化及計算機(jī)信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)商管理模式已經(jīng)滿足不了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理供應(yīng)商的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。從企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈整體來看,處在供應(yīng)鏈上游的供應(yīng)商無論是在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)品價格、交貨期、安裝維修,還是售后服務(wù)上都會影響到整個供應(yīng)鏈的運轉(zhuǎn)。 本文通過研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料,結(jié)合北京市電力公司供應(yīng)商評價的實際情況,對其管理現(xiàn)狀做出了總結(jié)和問題分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前北京市電力公司現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)商評價中存在供應(yīng)商分類不科學(xué)、評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不全面不系統(tǒng),評價缺乏針對性等問題,因此北京市電力公司亟需整合資源、統(tǒng)一供應(yīng)商的管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),健全供應(yīng)商評價體系。之后,基于供應(yīng)鏈理論,對供應(yīng)商評價指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了分析；研究了適合北京市電力公司供應(yīng)商評價的方法；最后對物資供應(yīng)商在線評價模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),為北京市電力公司物流管理系統(tǒng)的改善和健全做出了很大的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Supplier management is a very important part of enterprise production, operation, sales and other activities. With the continuous changes of the market and the rapid development of computer information technology, The traditional supplier management mode can not meet the high standards of modern enterprise management suppliers. From the enterprise supply chain as a whole, the suppliers in the upstream of the supply chain will affect the operation of the whole supply chain, whether in product quality, product price, delivery time, installation and maintenance, or after-sales service. In this paper, through the study of domestic and foreign relevant information, combined with the actual situation of supplier evaluation of Beijing Electric Power Company, the management status quo is summarized and the problems are analyzed. It is found that in the current supplier evaluation of Beijing Electric Power Company, there are some problems, such as unscientific classification of suppliers, incomplete evaluation criteria, lack of pertinence and so on. Therefore, Beijing Electric Power Company urgently needs to integrate resources. Unify supplier management standard and evaluation standard, perfect supplier evaluation system. Then, based on the supply chain theory, the supplier evaluation index system is analyzed; the method of supplier evaluation suitable for Beijing Electric Power Company is studied; finally, the material supplier online evaluation module is designed and implemented. It has made great contribution to the improvement and perfection of logistics management system of Beijing Electric Power Company.
