【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的完善和發(fā)展,我國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)面臨巨大的變化。工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)屬于專門的服務(wù)性工作,,是我國(guó)一項(xiàng)新興行業(yè),國(guó)家積極從“中國(guó)制造”向“中國(guó)創(chuàng)造”轉(zhuǎn)型。尤其我國(guó)珠三角地區(qū)制造業(yè)蓬勃地發(fā)展,加速產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)由“廣東制造”向“廣東創(chuàng)造”轉(zhuǎn)變,工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)受到了前所未有的重視。三個(gè)MBA學(xué)子經(jīng)過前期調(diào)研以及認(rèn)真分析后決定創(chuàng)立專業(yè)“一站式”服務(wù)的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)公司——廣州MY工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)公司,主要為珠三角生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)提供產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、手板樣機(jī)制作、平面設(shè)計(jì)及包裝設(shè)計(jì)等服務(wù)。 本商業(yè)計(jì)劃書是在科學(xué)、客觀的基礎(chǔ)上,按照商業(yè)計(jì)劃書的編寫要求,對(duì)成立廣州MY設(shè)計(jì)公司進(jìn)行全面、有效的探討。本文首先介紹了項(xiàng)目背景,通過對(duì)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的行業(yè)分析,可以看出當(dāng)前廣東工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)環(huán)境是良好的。借助波特五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型分析得知廣東的市場(chǎng)總體需求狀況潛力大,行內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)相對(duì)激烈,機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn)并存。通過對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅的綜合對(duì)比研究,確定了MY工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)公司的內(nèi)外部經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境,項(xiàng)目面臨的政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)環(huán)境均十分有利,外部面臨的機(jī)會(huì)遠(yuǎn)大于外部的威脅。通過運(yùn)用營(yíng)銷管理學(xué)的STP為本項(xiàng)目選擇了目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)定位,從MY設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)需求著手,發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),規(guī)避劣勢(shì),提出了MY設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式與贏利模式,制定了公司的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略與內(nèi)部管理等方案。 最后本文從財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析角度進(jìn)行了分析論證。在分析財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)時(shí),對(duì)MY設(shè)計(jì)公司未來五年的現(xiàn)金流作了預(yù)測(cè),進(jìn)而得出MY公司的凈現(xiàn)值(NPV)、內(nèi)部收益率(IRR)和靜態(tài)回收期等重要財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)。同時(shí),針對(duì)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),制定了相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避對(duì)策,為MY公司的運(yùn)作提供了決策依據(jù)和保障。MY公司的初始投資預(yù)計(jì)為8.86萬元,公司成立的前五年凈現(xiàn)值為33.51萬元(NPV0),內(nèi)部收益率為40%,投資回收期約為1.17年。綜合以上分析,得出本項(xiàng)目可行、值得投資的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, with the improvement and development of socialist market economy, China's industrial design industry is facing tremendous changes. The industrial design belongs to the special service work, is a new industry of our country, the country actively changes from "made in China" to "created in China". In particular, the manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta region has developed vigorously, accelerating the transformation of industrial form from "made in Guangdong" to "created in Guangdong", and industrial design has received unprecedented attention. After preliminary investigation and careful analysis, the three MBA students decided to establish a professional "one-stop" service industrial design company, Guangzhou MY Industrial Design Co., which mainly provides product innovation and R & D design for manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. Structure design, hand board prototype production, graphic design and packaging design and other services. This business plan is based on the scientific, objective basis, according to the requirements of the preparation of business plans, the establishment of Guangzhou me design company for a comprehensive and effective discussion. This paper first introduces the background of the project, through the industry analysis of industrial design, we can see that the current industrial design industry environment in Guangdong is good. With the analysis of Porter's five-force competition model, the author finds out that Guangdong's overall market demand has great potential, the competition in the industry is relatively fierce, and opportunities and challenges coexist. Through a comprehensive comparative study of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the internal and external operating environment of my Industrial Design Company, the policy, economic, social and technological environment facing the project are all very favourable. External opportunities far outweigh external threats. Through the use of STP of marketing management to select the target market and carry on the market orientation for this project, starting from the demand of the target market of my design, giving play to its own advantage, avoiding the inferior position, putting forward the management mode and profit mode of my design. Established the company's marketing strategy and internal management and other programs. At last, this paper analyses and proves from the angle of financial forecast and risk analysis. In the analysis of financial indexes, the cash flow of my design company in the next five years is forecasted, and some important financial indexes, such as net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and static payback period, are obtained. At the same time, aiming at the risk faced, the corresponding countermeasures of risk aversion are worked out, which provide the decision basis and guarantee for the operation of my company. The initial investment of my company is expected to be 88600 yuan. The net present value of the first five years of the company was 335100 yuan (NPV0), the internal rate of return was 40 and the investment payback period was about 1.17 years. Synthesizing above analysis, draw the conclusion that this project is feasible and worthy of investment.
