【摘要】：近年來(lái),中國(guó)南方電網(wǎng)公司積極啟動(dòng)實(shí)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),進(jìn)一步提升了管理理念,工作中關(guān)注質(zhì)量、關(guān)注規(guī)程、關(guān)注標(biāo)準(zhǔn),用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管人、按流程辦事。企業(yè)提出了管理理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,即標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為體,精益為用,系統(tǒng)推進(jìn)管理的精益化轉(zhuǎn)型。A供電企業(yè)響應(yīng)了南網(wǎng)的管理理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,啟動(dòng)了主要生產(chǎn)專業(yè)精益化管理項(xiàng)目的研究報(bào)告。本文正是基于該研究的基礎(chǔ)上整理而成的。 本文共分為7章。第一章為緒論,主要介紹了研究的背景和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究基本內(nèi)容和思路；第二章為精益化管理理論綜述和應(yīng)用實(shí)踐回顧,綜述了精益化管理相關(guān)概念、原則和體系、主要特點(diǎn)和分析方法；第三章以A供電企業(yè)為例分析了供電企業(yè)管理的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,主要包括供電企業(yè)管理的主要任務(wù)、特點(diǎn)和管理存在的問(wèn)題；第四到第六章是該論文的重點(diǎn)和主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新部分。第四章著重探討了供電企業(yè)精益化管理體系建設(shè)；第五章為供電企業(yè)精益化管理體系的要素整合,包括整合的目標(biāo)和原則以及整合的方法；第六章以A供電企業(yè)為例分析了精益化管理體系實(shí)施的過(guò)程及實(shí)施的效果；第七章對(duì)前面的研究?jī)?nèi)容作了簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)。 本文主要難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于構(gòu)建了供電企業(yè)精益化管理體系,分別從組織體系建設(shè)、管理體系建設(shè)、作業(yè)體系建設(shè)、信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和信念與行為系統(tǒng)建設(shè)五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行深入探討。精益化管理體系建設(shè)是進(jìn)行精益化管理的基礎(chǔ),在此基礎(chǔ)上指出應(yīng)進(jìn)行管理要素的整合。論文最后分析實(shí)行精益化管理的主要過(guò)程和步驟。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the China Southern Power Grid Corporation has started to implement standardization construction, which has further improved the management concept, concerned about quality, concerned about rules, concerned about standards, used standards to manage people and handled affairs according to the process. The enterprise put forward the change of the management idea, that is, the standard is the body, the lean is used, and the power supply enterprise has responded to the change of the management idea of Nanwan, and initiated the research report of the Lean management project of the main production specialty. This paper is based on this research. This article is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research basic content and the thought; the second chapter is the lean management theory summary and the application practice review, has summarized the lean management related concept, The third chapter takes A power supply enterprise as an example to analyze the current situation and problems of power supply enterprise management, including the main tasks, characteristics and management problems of power supply enterprise management. The fourth to sixth chapters are the focus of the paper and the main innovation part. Chapter four focuses on the construction of lean management system of power supply enterprises, the fifth chapter is the integration of the elements of the lean management system of power supply enterprises, including the objectives and principles of integration and the methods of integration. The sixth chapter takes A power supply enterprise as an example to analyze the implementation process and effect of lean management system. The main difficulty and innovation of this paper lies in the construction of lean management system of power supply enterprises, which includes organizational system construction, management system construction, and operation system construction, respectively. Five aspects of information system construction and belief and behavior system construction are discussed in depth. The construction of lean management system is the basis of lean management, and it is pointed out that the integration of management elements should be carried out. Finally, the paper analyzes the main process and steps of lean management.
