基于價值鏈管理的大陸手機(jī)攝像頭企業(yè)核心競爭力研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)核心競爭力是企業(yè)資源和能力中最為關(guān)鍵的、能使企業(yè)獲取和保持競爭優(yōu)勢的因素組合,當(dāng)前企業(yè)的競爭已經(jīng)逐漸演化成企業(yè)核心競爭能力的競爭。隨著3G手機(jī)興起及COMS照相手機(jī)普及,大陸企業(yè)紛紛踏足手機(jī)攝像頭行業(yè)。本文通過對臺灣手機(jī)攝像頭行業(yè)龍頭——大立光電的核心競爭力的分析,對大陸和臺灣地區(qū)的手機(jī)攝像頭企業(yè)進(jìn)行了比較,進(jìn)而對大陸手機(jī)攝像頭企業(yè)核心競爭力培育中存在的問題集對策進(jìn)行了研究。 本文引入產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期和核心競爭力的生命周期理論,以邁克爾·波特的價值鏈分析為基本框架,從行業(yè)價值鏈、企業(yè)內(nèi)部價值鏈以及競爭對手價值鏈的分析出發(fā),總結(jié)和概括影響核心競爭力的主要因素,基于價值鏈管理的角度研究核心競爭力;論文對手機(jī)攝像頭企業(yè)價值體系中的各價值增值結(jié)點(diǎn)及成本控制點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,將企業(yè)核心競爭力的動態(tài)發(fā)展融入到企業(yè)核心競爭力構(gòu)成因素之中;最終提出整合大陸手機(jī)攝像頭企業(yè)內(nèi)外資源優(yōu)化價值鏈、提升核心競爭力的策略。 本文通過理論與實際相結(jié)合,旨在通過對比分析法和案例分析法,以臺灣大立光電為例進(jìn)行個案研究,對大陸手機(jī)攝像頭企業(yè)的核心競爭力的定位進(jìn)行了分析,進(jìn)而在對行業(yè)價值鏈、企業(yè)內(nèi)部價值鏈及競爭對手價值鏈的分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對大陸和臺灣地區(qū)手機(jī)攝像頭企業(yè)進(jìn)行全面的對比,提出了基于價值鏈優(yōu)化和整合的大陸企業(yè)核心競爭力提升的對策。
[Abstract]:The core competence of an enterprise is the most important part of the enterprise's resources and ability. It is a combination of factors that enable the enterprise to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage. At present, the competition of the enterprise has gradually evolved into the competition of the core competence of the enterprise. With the rise of 3G mobile phones and the popularity of coms camera phones, mainland enterprises have stepped into the mobile phone camera industry. Based on the analysis of the core competitiveness of Dali Optronics, the leader of Taiwan's mobile phone camera industry, this paper compares the mobile phone camera enterprises in the mainland and Taiwan. Furthermore, the problem set countermeasures in the cultivation of the core competence of the mobile phone camera enterprises in mainland China are studied. This paper introduces the life cycle theory of industry life cycle and core competence, taking Michael Porter's value chain analysis as the basic frame, starting from the analysis of industry value chain, enterprise internal value chain and competitor value chain. This paper summarizes and generalizes the main factors that affect the core competitiveness, studies the core competitiveness based on the value chain management, and analyzes the value added nodes and cost control points in the value system of mobile phone camera enterprises. The dynamic development of the core competence of enterprises is integrated into the components of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, the strategy of integrating the internal and external resources of the mainland mobile phone camera enterprises to optimize the value chain and enhance the core competitiveness is put forward. Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper aims to analyze the location of the core competitiveness of the mobile phone camera enterprises in the mainland by means of comparative analysis and case analysis, taking Taiwan Dali Optoelectronics as an example. On the basis of the analysis of the industry value chain, the internal value chain and the rival value chain, the paper makes a comprehensive comparison between the mobile phone camera enterprises in the mainland and Taiwan. Based on the optimization and integration of the value chain, the countermeasures of improving the core competitiveness of mainland enterprises are put forward.
