【摘要】：隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和人民消費水平的逐步提高，我國居民的衣、食、用、住、行各方面消費的構(gòu)成發(fā)生了很大變化。生活消費結(jié)構(gòu)已由溫飽向全面小康過渡。居民消費總體上將從滿足生活需要向重視生活質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)變，對環(huán)保、節(jié)能、名牌等產(chǎn)品的追求將成為未來消費的新時尚。對消費品的需求向智能化、方便化、個性化、綠色化產(chǎn)品方向發(fā)展。冰箱市場呈現(xiàn)出一片生機勃勃的景象。因此，項目投資的可行性研究與綜合評價已成為冰箱項目投資建設的前提條件和必須因素。 首先，本文闡述了M公司冰箱項目的背景和研究意義，分析了項目可行性的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，并對可行性研究的理論基礎進行了分析，，為展開項目可行性的相關研究奠定基礎。 其次，通過對M公司冰箱項目的國民經(jīng)濟地位分析、項目發(fā)展概況分析、建設條件與廠址分析，對市場需求進行了預測。 第三，從工程技術方案、環(huán)境保護、項目節(jié)能和勞動安全的角度出發(fā)，對M公司冰箱項目的技術方面進行了分析，并據(jù)此提出了項目實施進度建議。 第四，根據(jù)企業(yè)組織及勞動定員、投資估算及資金籌措的分析，對M公司冰箱項目進行經(jīng)濟分析，并且以該項目的生產(chǎn)成本及利潤估算為依據(jù)，進行了財務評價。 第五，從技術、經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境和社會四個方案構(gòu)建冰箱項目可行性綜合評價指標體系，建立了以項目可行性作為一級指標，下設4個二級指標和25個三級指標的項目可行性綜合評價指標體系。運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對建立的指標體系進行優(yōu)化，最終確定最佳的評價指標體系，并利用研究的指標體系和FM模型進行綜合評價。 最后，對M公司冰箱項目進行可行性研究與綜合評價，基于評價的最終結(jié)論，為冰箱項目的發(fā)展和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)方式提供一些可行性的建設。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy and the gradual improvement of the people's consumption level, the composition of our country's residents' clothing, food, use, housing and operation has changed greatly. The consumption structure of life has changed from food and clothing to a well-off society in an all-round way. As a whole, residents' consumption will change from meeting the needs of life to attaching importance to the quality of life, and the pursuit of environmental protection, energy saving and famous brand products will become a new fashion for future consumption. Demand for consumer goods to intelligent, convenient, personalized, green product development direction. The refrigerator market is in full swing. Therefore, the feasibility study and comprehensive evaluation of the project investment have become the prerequisite and necessary factors for the investment and construction of the refrigerator project. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the refrigerator project in M Company, analyzes the current research situation of the feasibility of the project at home and abroad, and analyzes the theoretical basis of the feasibility study, which lays a foundation for the relevant research on the feasibility of the project. Secondly, the market demand is forecasted by analyzing the status of the national economy, the development of the project, the construction conditions and the site of the refrigerator project of M Company. Thirdly, from the point of view of engineering technical scheme, environmental protection, energy saving and labor safety, this paper analyzes the technical aspects of the refrigerator project of M Company, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the project. Fourthly, according to the analysis of enterprise organization and labor force, investment estimation and fund raising, the economic analysis of the refrigerator project of M Company is carried out, and the financial evaluation is carried out on the basis of the production cost and profit estimation of the project. Fifth, from the technical, economic, environmental and social four programs to build a refrigerator project feasibility comprehensive evaluation index system, set up the feasibility of the project as a first-level index. The project feasibility comprehensive evaluation index system consists of 4 second-level indexes and 25 third-level indexes. The structural equation model is used to optimize the established index system, and the optimal evaluation index system is finally determined, and the comprehensive evaluation is carried out by using the studied index system and FM model. Finally, the feasibility study and comprehensive evaluation of the refrigerator project of M Company are carried out. Based on the final conclusion of the evaluation, some feasible construction methods are provided for the development, structural adjustment and transformation of the refrigerator project.
