科勝電子科技有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:當前的電子市場,企業(yè)間的競爭已經進入白熱化階段,而隨著技術的發(fā)展,企業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境也趨向復雜化與動態(tài)化。電子企業(yè)只有不斷增強自身的資源與能力,才能在滿足消費者需求的同時獲得經濟利潤,增強自身實力。我國經濟增長與科技進步的一大支撐點便是信息產業(yè),而信息產業(yè)的基礎便是集成電路等先進技術。在內部條件和外部環(huán)境斗爭發(fā)生持續(xù)變化的情況下,電子企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應該與時俱進。在當今信息新技術層出不窮、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經濟不斷崛起的情況下,電子技術和電子產品的重要地位是不言而喻的。科勝電子科技有限公司目前正趨向穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的階段,怎樣持續(xù)保持技術和產品優(yōu)勢,并逐步將自身的優(yōu)勢轉化為重組企業(yè)內外資源的能力,是一個亟待解決的問題。 本文首先介紹了科勝電子科技有限公司的概況,運用PEST分析法、波特五力模型等分析方法對科勝電子科技有限公司的一般環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境等戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進行深入分析,并重點運用SWOT分析法對科勝電子科技有限公司的內外部環(huán)境進行綜合研究分析,從而充分了解該公司的發(fā)展機遇和挑戰(zhàn),以及評價公司的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,并對科勝電子科技有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位進行分析和戰(zhàn)略選擇,在此基礎上制定公司的戰(zhàn)略實施步驟。包括戰(zhàn)略選擇分析、市場開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略、合資合作戰(zhàn)略、服務戰(zhàn)略、技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、人力資源戰(zhàn)略以及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要保障措施。本文從實際出發(fā),結合戰(zhàn)略管理知識,,利用戰(zhàn)略管理流程,根據(jù)科勝電子科技有限公司的自身條件站在全局的高度制定與時代、環(huán)境相適應的一個較為完整的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,從而使企業(yè)更好地發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢,在激烈的市場競爭中獲得生存與長遠發(fā)展,所以具有很好的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The current electronic market, the competition between enterprises has entered the stage of white hot, and with the development of technology, the external environment of enterprises also tends to be complex and dynamic. Only by increasing their resources and ability, the electronic enterprises can obtain economic profits and strengthen their own strength while meeting the needs of consumers. The information industry is a big support to the progress of science and technology, and the basis of the information industry is the advanced technology such as integrated circuit. In the case of the continuous change in the internal conditions and the external environment, the development strategy of the electronic enterprises should keep pace with the times. In the present information technology, the emerging situation of the Internet economy is rising. At the same time, the important position of electronic technology and electronic products is self-evident. At present, Ke Sheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is tending to the stage of stable development. How to maintain the advantages of technology and products and gradually transform its own advantages into the ability to reorganize the internal and external resources of the enterprise is a problem to be solved.
This article first introduces the general situation of coheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., using the analysis method of PEST analysis and Potter five force model to analyze the general environment, industry environment and other strategic environment of coheng electronic technology limited company, and focus on the internal and external environment of coheng electronic technology limited company by SWOT analysis. In order to fully understand the development opportunities and challenges of the company, and to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the company, and to analyze and select the strategic positioning of the company's development strategy, the strategic implementation steps of the company are formulated on the basis of the strategy, including the strategy of selection and analysis, the strategy of market development, and the joint venture strategy, Service strategy, technology innovation strategy, human resource strategy and the important safeguard measures of development strategy. This paper, starting from the reality, combining strategic management knowledge, using the strategic management process, and according to the condition of the company's own conditions at the global level, makes a more complete strategic rule adapted to the times and the environment. So that enterprises can better play their own advantages and survive and develop in the fierce market competition, so it has a very good practical significance.
