【摘要】：眾所周知,IT是個(gè)變化很快的行業(yè)。中國(guó)的IT產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展了二十多年,中國(guó)的IT系統(tǒng)集成商們?yōu)檫@個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn)。但由于各種原因,中國(guó)的IT系統(tǒng)集成商一直干著信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中利潤(rùn)最低的業(yè)務(wù)。當(dāng)前云計(jì)算時(shí)代已經(jīng)來(lái)臨,云計(jì)算給IT服務(wù)市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)一個(gè)全新的商業(yè)模式,掀起了一場(chǎng)變革的浪潮。中國(guó)的IT系統(tǒng)集成商還沒(méi)從原來(lái)的探索中轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)來(lái),卻又要進(jìn)行新的轉(zhuǎn)型。 在這樣的背景下,本論文結(jié)合作者在IT行業(yè)近15年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理解,在閱讀了大量的IT行業(yè)與系統(tǒng)集成行業(yè)的資料基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行案例分析和歸納,定性地闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外正在提供云計(jì)算服務(wù)的企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的動(dòng)因、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和與原有產(chǎn)品的關(guān)聯(lián)度。最后運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)系統(tǒng)集成商進(jìn)行了全面分析,結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略制定的策略和云計(jì)算的服務(wù)類(lèi)型,提出了系統(tǒng)集成商轉(zhuǎn)向云計(jì)算服務(wù)的條件和策略。
[Abstract]:It is well known that IT is a rapidly changing industry. China's IT industry has been developing for more than 20 years, and the IT system integrators in China have made important contributions to the development of the industry. However, for various reasons, China's IT system integrators have been doing the least profitable business in the information industry chain. Now cloud computing era has come, cloud computing has brought a new business model to IT service market, set off a wave of change. China's IT system integrators have not yet turned from the original exploration, but also to undertake a new transformation. In this context, this paper combined with the author's nearly 15 years of working experience and understanding in the IT industry, on the basis of reading a large number of IT industry and system integration industry data on the basis of case analysis and induction. This paper describes qualitatively the motivation, core competence and correlation with the original products of enterprises providing cloud computing services at home and abroad. Finally, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the domestic system integrators. Combined with the strategy and the service types of cloud computing, the conditions and strategies for the system integrators to turn to cloud computing services are put forward.
