【摘要】：摘要：近年來,我國汽車、家電、建筑行業(yè)增長迅速,為鋼鐵工業(yè)發(fā)展提供了廣闊的市場空間。BGNT公司作為我國鋼鐵行業(yè)的主要競爭者,為積極參與市場競爭,既要抓住市場投資機遇,擴大產品生產；同時又要降低或規(guī)避投資風險,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)經濟效益目標,促進企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,對公司技改項目進行經濟效益分析和評價,是企業(yè)投資活動的重要組成部分,也是提高企業(yè)經濟效益的重要保證。 本文從投資主體的角度出發(fā),運用項目經濟效益評價理論、項目管理理論、項目風險分析理論和項目費用收益理論,對BGNT公司高強度油回火彈簧鋼絲產品生產線項目的經濟效益進行了系統(tǒng)研究,對項目的生產條件、建設條件、技術條件、項目相關的財務指標、項目的籌資和投資情況進行了分析,得出初步的項目財務評價結論,進而運用盈虧平衡分析和敏感性分析對高強度油回火彈簧鋼絲產品生產線項目的風險進行了定量分析,在此基礎之上對項目的風險進行了定性分析,并提出了相應的應對措施。結論表明,BGNT公司高強度油回火彈簧鋼絲產品生產線項目具有技術可行性和經濟合理性,從而提高公司投資決策的科學性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, China's automobile, household electrical appliances and construction industry have grown rapidly, providing a broad market space for the development of the steel industry..BGNT company is the main competitor of the steel industry in our country. In order to actively participate in the market competition, we should seize the opportunity of market investment and expand the production of products; at the same time, we should reduce or evade the investment risk and realize the enterprise. The economic benefit target of the industry promotes the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, the analysis and evaluation of the economic benefit of the company's technical reform project is an important part of the enterprise investment activities, and is also an important guarantee for improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
From the angle of the investment subject, the economic benefit of the high strength oil tempering spring steel wire product line project of BGNT company is systematically studied by using the theory of project economic benefit evaluation, the project management theory, the project risk analysis theory and the project cost income theory, and the production conditions, construction conditions and technical conditions of the project are also studied. The financial indicators related to the project, the financing and investment of the project are analyzed, and the preliminary conclusion of the project financial evaluation is obtained. Then the risk of the high strength oil backfire spring steel wire product line project is quantitatively analyzed by the profit and loss balance analysis and sensitivity analysis. On this basis, the risk of the project is qualitatively analyzed. The analysis and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The conclusion shows that the project of high strength oil tempering spring steel wire product line of BGNT company has technical feasibility and economic rationality, thus improving the scientificity and maneuverability of the company's investment decision.
