基于集約化管理的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目研究

【摘要】:電網(wǎng)企業(yè)作為電力系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,其運(yùn)營管理水平的高低將直接決定著電力系統(tǒng)的安全、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的水平,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍的優(yōu)劣將是提高其運(yùn)營管理水平的關(guān)鍵要素。隨著“十二五”時(shí)期國網(wǎng)公司“三集五大”體系建設(shè)的全面開展,公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境變化對(duì)整個(gè)人才隊(duì)伍人員結(jié)構(gòu)、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、素質(zhì)能力和人才培養(yǎng)理念與方式提出了更新更高的要求。如何有效利用現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的相關(guān)理論,對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效合理的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施,實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目的集約化管理,將會(huì)直接影響到電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)和儲(chǔ)備,也為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)大的支持。 本文結(jié)合HBS電力公司人力資源現(xiàn)狀,基于集約化管理要求,對(duì)HBS電力公司“十二五”教育培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和研究。首先,闡述了課題研究的背景及意義,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外人力資源培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目研究的現(xiàn)狀和情況,提出了課題研究內(nèi)容和框架;其次,研究了人力資源規(guī)劃與培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃的理論及方法,,為培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論依據(jù);再次,通過調(diào)研,對(duì)HBS電力公司人力資源的現(xiàn)狀與培訓(xùn)管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,以此為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)HBS電力公司人力資源培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合HBS電力公司的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)人力資源培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃實(shí)施管理進(jìn)行了研究。最后,利用一個(gè)章節(jié),對(duì)本文所做研究工作進(jìn)行了整體概括,提出了結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:As an important part of power system, the level of operation and management of power grid enterprises will directly determine the level of safety, stability and economic operation of power system. The quality of power grid enterprise talent team will be the key factor to improve its operation and management level. With the overall construction of the "three sets and five" system of the National Network Company during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, changes in the internal and external environment of the company have affected the personnel structure and knowledge structure of the entire talent team. The quality ability and the talented person training idea and the way proposed the renewal higher request. How to effectively utilize the relevant theories of modern human resource management to design and implement the human resource training planning project effectively and reasonably, and realize the intensive management of the human resource training planning project of power grid enterprise. It will directly affect the talent training and reserve of power grid enterprises, and also provide strong support for the future development of power grid enterprises. Based on the human resource status of HBS Power Company and the requirement of intensive management, this paper systematically designs and studies the 12th Five-Year Plan of HBS Electric Power Company. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are expounded, and the content and framework of the research are put forward according to the current situation and situation of the human resources training planning project at home and abroad. This paper studies the theory and method of human resource planning and training planning, which provides the theoretical basis for training planning and design. Thirdly, through the investigation, the paper analyzes the present situation of human resources and training management of HBS electric power company, based on which, The overall design of human resource training planning of HBS Power Company is carried out. Combined with the actual situation of HBS Electric Power Company, the implementation and management of human resource training planning are studied. Finally, using a chapter, the research work done in this paper is summarized and the conclusion is put forward.
