【摘要】：跟隨經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的步伐，中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)、參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的主動(dòng)性、積極性日趨增強(qiáng)。從美國(guó)麥格勞·希爾建筑信息公司(McGraw-Hill)發(fā)布的年度Engineering News-Record(以下簡(jiǎn)稱ENR)全球最大225家國(guó)際承包商排名統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，進(jìn)入ENR225強(qiáng)中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)2000年在國(guó)際建筑市場(chǎng)完成營(yíng)業(yè)額為5.4億美金，經(jīng)過(guò)逐年攀升，十年后的2010年，，中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)（進(jìn)入ENR225強(qiáng)企業(yè)）當(dāng)年在國(guó)際建筑市場(chǎng)完成營(yíng)業(yè)額已達(dá)570.62億美元。這種持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)并沒(méi)有因?yàn)榻耆蚧慕?jīng)融危機(jī)而消退，更多的中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)正蓄勢(shì)待發(fā)，擬進(jìn)一步開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。 通過(guò)查閱歷年ENR統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)、中國(guó)國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒多年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)、搜集其它相關(guān)資料，筆者梳理了中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)進(jìn)軍國(guó)際建筑市場(chǎng)的歷史變遷、解歸納總結(jié)了目前國(guó)際建筑市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，尤其是市場(chǎng)格局和特點(diǎn)作了重點(diǎn)解析。同時(shí)，通過(guò)典型知名中外國(guó)際建筑公司管理對(duì)比研究，結(jié)合筆者多年海外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，找出中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)在企業(yè)管理、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓、項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行等方面的弱點(diǎn)，提出加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo)、民間團(tuán)體(COECA)協(xié)調(diào)、企業(yè)自身建設(shè)、大型企業(yè)合并與重組、同國(guó)際大型承包商的交流與合作等方面以實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)深入國(guó)際化的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Following the pace of economic globalization, the initiative of Chinese construction enterprises to open up the international market and participate in international competition is becoming more and more active. The annual Engineering News-Record-Global ranking of the world's 225 largest international contractors released by McGraw-Hillh, a construction information company based in McGraw-Hillthe United States, shows that, In 2000, the turnover of the Enr 225 Chinese construction enterprises in the international construction market was US $540 million. After rising year by year, ten years later, in 2010, The turnover of Chinese construction companies in the international construction market reached US $57.062 billion. This trend of sustained growth has not subsided by the crisis of globalization in recent years, and more Chinese construction companies are ready to expand into the international market. By consulting the ENR statistical data over the years, the National Statistical Yearbook of China has many years of statistical data and collecting other relevant information, the author combs the historical changes of Chinese construction enterprises entering the international construction market. The present situation of the international construction market, especially the market pattern and characteristics, is summarized. At the same time, through the comparative study of the management of the typical well-known international construction companies, combined with the author's working experience abroad for many years, the author finds out the weaknesses of the Chinese construction enterprises in the aspects of enterprise management, market development, project implementation, etc., and proposes to strengthen the guidance of the government. In order to realize the internationalization of Chinese construction enterprises, the coordination of non-governmental organizations, the construction of enterprises themselves, the merger and reorganization of large enterprises, the exchange and cooperation with international large contractors, etc.
