【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)的靈魂,是企業(yè)存在的精神支柱,是企業(yè)經(jīng)營的價值觀念。在企業(yè)運行的整個過程中,文化作為一種核心理念支撐和維系著企業(yè)的發(fā)展進步。企業(yè)文化伴隨企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營,同樣,一個成功的企業(yè)也必然存在著并得益于優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化。于現(xiàn)代行業(yè)本身的特點,集團企業(yè)、特別是大型集團企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化有其獨特之處,隨著企業(yè)集團化和企業(yè)文化自身作用的發(fā)展,越來越多的大型企業(yè)集團更加注重企業(yè)文化的建設。當前,國內(nèi)一些集團企業(yè)也逐漸在增強企業(yè)文化的建設,將競爭的焦點從傳統(tǒng)的物質(zhì)資源轉(zhuǎn)變到企業(yè)核心競爭力的塑造上,尤其是體現(xiàn)在打造企業(yè)文化核心競爭力。 本文主要采用的是文獻歸納法。文獻閱讀是形成研究思路的前提和基礎,本文通過CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫檢索國內(nèi)外相關文獻研究,從界定二者內(nèi)涵、解構(gòu)相互關系入手,對我國企業(yè)、特別是集團企業(yè)文化建設進行分析研究,,回顧其歷史與現(xiàn)狀,分析長星集團企業(yè)文化建設的問題,而后提出相應的對策建議,為集團的企業(yè)文化建設工作提供新的思路和切實可行的方法。本文結(jié)合山東長星集團有限公司的實際情況,通過分析企業(yè)文化建設中的成就、問題及原因,通過企業(yè)文化的基本理論和方法,對山東長星集團企業(yè)文化進行再設計。文章共分為六部分: 緒論;第一章,企業(yè)文化的基本理論;第二章,長星集團企業(yè)文化建設的現(xiàn)狀;第三章,長星集團文化建設存在問題的原因;第四章,提升長星集團企業(yè)文化建設的對策;結(jié)論部分主要是對全文進行簡單總結(jié),提出進一步研究的設想。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise, the spiritual pillar of the existence of the enterprise, and the value concept of the enterprise management. In the whole process of enterprise operation, culture, as a core concept, supports and maintains the development and progress of enterprises. Enterprise culture is accompanied by enterprise production and management. Similarly, a successful enterprise must exist and benefit from excellent corporate culture. Because of the characteristics of modern industry, the corporate culture of group enterprises, especially large group enterprises, has its own unique features. With the development of enterprise collectivization and enterprise culture itself, More and more large enterprise groups pay more attention to the construction of corporate culture. At present, some group enterprises in China are gradually strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, changing the focus of competition from traditional material resources to shaping the core competitiveness of enterprises, especially in building the core competitiveness of enterprise culture. This paper mainly adopts the method of literature induction. Literature reading is the premise and foundation to form the research idea. This paper, through the CNKI database, retrieves the relevant literature research at home and abroad, starts with defining the connotation of the two, deconstructing the relationship between them, and analyzes the enterprises in our country. Especially, the enterprise culture construction of the group is analyzed and studied, its history and present situation are reviewed, the problems of the enterprise culture construction of Changxing Group are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. To provide new ideas and practical methods for the construction of corporate culture. Based on the actual situation of Shandong Changxing Group Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the achievements, problems and reasons in the construction of enterprise culture, and through the basic theory and method of enterprise culture, redesigns the corporate culture of Shandong Changxing Group. The article is divided into six parts: introduction; the first chapter, the basic theory of corporate culture; the second chapter, the current situation of corporate culture construction of Changxing group; the third chapter, the causes of the problems in the cultural construction of Changxing group; the fourth chapter, The conclusion is a brief summary of the whole paper and a tentative plan for further study.
