【摘要】：我國聚丙烯行業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)一直存在著開發(fā)周期長、開發(fā)成本高、一次開發(fā)成功率低等很多問題,這些問題嚴重制約了新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā),進而影響到了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。為了改變這種不良狀況,很多企業(yè)都引入項目管理模式,但是結果卻不理想,根本原因是沒有根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際情況,選擇適合自己的項目管理方式。本文的研究目標是依據(jù)項目管理理論和方法,成功生產(chǎn)出滿足客戶和市場需求的高熔指纖維料產(chǎn)品,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益。論文采用舉例研究的方法,以3C公司聚丙烯裝置新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目的管理作為例子,通過項目管理理論分析,分別研究了對企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)影響最大的幾個因素:新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的組織結構、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的流程、以及新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的技術風險管理等。根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際情況合理設置開發(fā)組織結構,能夠有效縮短開發(fā)周期;有效降低新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程的技術風險的發(fā)生率。論文研究表明,合理的項目管理模式有效提高了聚丙烯新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)效率,提高新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目的質(zhì)量,從而提升了公司核心競爭力。經(jīng)過項目組的共同努力,終極目標是成功生產(chǎn)出保證加工性能及各項檢驗指標合格,滿足客戶需求的纖維料,提高裝置的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:There are many problems in the development of new products in China's polypropylene industry, such as long development cycle, high development cost and low success rate of primary development. These problems seriously restrict the development of new products and then affect the development of enterprises. In order to change this bad situation, many enterprises have introduced the project management mode, but the result is not ideal, the fundamental reason is that they do not choose their own project management mode according to the actual situation of the enterprise. According to the theory and method of project management, the research goal of this paper is to produce the high melt fiber products which meet the needs of the customers and the market, and to improve the economic benefits of the enterprises. This paper takes the management of the new product development project of polypropylene plant in 3C company as an example and analyzes the theory of project management. Several factors that have the greatest influence on the new product development are studied respectively, such as the organization structure of the new product development, the process of the new product development, and the technical risk management in the process of the new product development. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, the reasonable setting of the development organization structure can effectively shorten the development cycle and reduce the incidence of technical risk in the process of new product development. The research shows that the reasonable project management mode can effectively improve the efficiency of the development of new polypropylene products, improve the quality of new product development projects, and thus enhance the core competitiveness of the company. Through the joint efforts of the project group, the ultimate goal is to successfully produce the fiber material which can guarantee the processing performance and various inspection indexes, meet the needs of the customers, and improve the economic benefit of the plant.
