【摘要】：近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展和電力行業(yè)改革的逐步深入,電力企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的市場機遇與挑戰(zhàn),ERP系統(tǒng)在電力企業(yè)的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)成為不可阻擋的趨勢。ERP系統(tǒng)將電力企業(yè)管理理念、業(yè)務(wù)流程、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)及現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理工具集于一體,有助于提升電力企業(yè)的綜合經(jīng)營與管理水平。加強對供電企業(yè)的ERP項目管理建設(shè),整合供應(yīng)鏈與物資采購流程設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)物資采購的集中管理和物資共享與配送,提高企業(yè)價值鏈的運行效率成為電力業(yè)界關(guān)心的重要課題。 本論文首先闡述了ERP工作原理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、物資采購與業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化等理論,其次針對M供電企業(yè)物資采購流程業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,對M供電企業(yè)物資采購流程各模塊,包括物資需求計劃、戰(zhàn)略采購、采購執(zhí)行、儲運管理、結(jié)算管理、設(shè)備物資耗用和物資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化執(zhí)行能力七個方面以及信息化應(yīng)用給出了詳細(xì)的問題診斷與原因分析,最后提出相關(guān)優(yōu)化設(shè)計思路和建議,如ERP環(huán)境下電力企業(yè)物資采購流程要加強流程節(jié)點中的采購訂單需求與物資庫存成本控制,提高價值創(chuàng)造能力,以及注重提升執(zhí)行能力與信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)等等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the economy and the gradual deepening of the reform of the power industry, The application of ERP system in electric power enterprises has become an irresistible trend. ERP system integrates the management idea, business process, basic data and modern enterprise management tools. It is helpful to improve the comprehensive management and management level of electric power enterprises. Strengthen the ERP project management construction of power supply enterprises, integrate the design of supply chain and material procurement process, realize the centralized management of material procurement and material sharing and distribution, Improving the efficiency of the enterprise value chain has become an important issue of concern to the electric power industry. Firstly, this paper expounds the theory of ERP, supply chain management, material procurement and business process optimization. Secondly, according to the current situation of M power supply enterprise's material procurement process, every module of M power supply enterprise's material procurement process, including material demand plan, strategic procurement, procurement execution, storage and transportation management, settlement management, In this paper, seven aspects of equipment and material consumption and material standardization execution ability, as well as the application of information technology, are presented in detail, and the problems and causes are analyzed in detail. Finally, the relevant optimization design ideas and suggestions are put forward. For example, in the ERP environment, the procurement process of electric power enterprises should strengthen the demand of purchase order and the cost control of material inventory in the process node, improve the ability of value creation, and pay attention to the improvement of execution ability and the construction of information system, and so on.
