我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略分析

【摘要】:上世紀(jì)90年代初,為了彌補(bǔ)我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)薄弱、技術(shù)設(shè)備差等問(wèn)題,政府采取了“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略。然而在過(guò)去的20多年里,我國(guó)汽車企業(yè)只是被動(dòng)地直接進(jìn)口跨國(guó)公司的整車或者組裝生產(chǎn)成熟車型,并沒(méi)有對(duì)先進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行消化、吸收、改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新。在自主研發(fā)方面缺乏應(yīng)有的主動(dòng)性,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)在合作過(guò)程中缺乏話語(yǔ)權(quán)并處于被動(dòng)地位。加之我國(guó)政府對(duì)國(guó)外企業(yè)實(shí)施寬松戰(zhàn)略和對(duì)國(guó)外企業(yè)違規(guī)的不作為等,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)大部分汽車市場(chǎng)份額被外資企業(yè)和跨國(guó)公司所占據(jù),國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)更淪為了外資企業(yè)的“組裝車間”。本文在對(duì)我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,收集了近年來(lái)我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)技術(shù)、專利和市場(chǎng)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),采用SCP模型對(duì)“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施后我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了綜合分析。主要內(nèi)容如下: 1.結(jié)合“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略提出的背景及理論依據(jù),闡述了“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略的概念并分析了其特點(diǎn)。 2.通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)技術(shù)引進(jìn)的方式和情況、專利的獲取、市場(chǎng)出讓份額三方面數(shù)據(jù)的采集及分析,得出我國(guó)“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略并沒(méi)有達(dá)到預(yù)期這一結(jié)論。 3.建立了基于我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)行為、市場(chǎng)績(jī)效的SCP模型,敘述了該模型的應(yīng)用原理,并采用該模型對(duì)我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步分析。 4.結(jié)合我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略的分析結(jié)果,揭示了該戰(zhàn)略存在的問(wèn)題,并分別從政府、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、汽車企業(yè)三個(gè)層面提出了完善“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略和推動(dòng)我國(guó)汽車企業(yè)發(fā)展的策略和建議。 論文旨在采用SCP模型,全方位分析我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)市場(chǎng),從市場(chǎng)集中度的角度解析我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略的利弊。進(jìn)一步挖掘政府、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、汽車企業(yè)的潛在優(yōu)化空間,,為我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)的良好發(fā)展提供一定的建議。
[Abstract]:In the early 1990s, the government adopted the strategy of "market for technology" in order to make up for the problems of weak technical foundation and poor technical equipment in China's automobile industry. However, in the past 20 years, the automobile enterprises of our country have only passively and directly imported the whole vehicle of multinational corporations or assembled and produced mature models without digesting, absorbing, improving and innovating the advanced technology. Lack of initiative in independent R & D, lack of voice and passive position in the process of cooperation for a long time. In addition, the Chinese government has implemented a loose strategy for foreign enterprises and failed to act in violation of regulations by foreign enterprises. As a result, most of China's auto market share has been occupied by foreign-funded enterprises and multinational corporations. Domestic enterprises have become the "assembly workshop" of foreign-funded enterprises. On the basis of the research on the strategy of "market for technology" and related documents, this paper collects the relevant data of technology, patent and market of automobile industry in China in recent years. The SCP model is used to analyze the development of China's automobile industry after the implementation of the "market for technology" strategy. The main contents are as follows: 1. Combined with the background and theoretical basis of the strategy of "market for technology", this paper expounds the concept of "market for technology" and analyzes its characteristics. Through the collection and analysis of the methods and conditions of technology introduction, the acquisition of patents and the market share of auto industry in China, it is concluded that the strategy of "market exchange technology" in our country has not reached the expected conclusion. 3. The SCP model based on the market structure, market behavior and market performance of automobile industry in China is established. The application principle of the model is described, and the strategy of "market exchange technology" is further analyzed with the model. 4. Combined with the analysis results of the "market for technology" strategy in China's automobile industry, this paper reveals the problems existing in the strategy, and separately from the government, the industry association, This paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the strategy of "market for technology" and promote the development of Chinese automobile enterprises in three aspects. The purpose of this paper is to adopt SCP model to analyze the market of China's automobile industry in all directions. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the strategy of "market for technology" in China's automobile industry from the point of view of market concentration. Further excavate the potential optimization space of government, industry association and automobile enterprise, and provide some suggestions for the good development of automobile industry in our country.
