【摘要】：針對(duì)煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)物流費(fèi)用定額管理中存在的資源浪費(fèi)或冗余、管理效果欠佳等問(wèn)題,基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)原理研究了各影響因素及其投入增加率對(duì)定額管理的影響程度,分析了各影響因素與物流費(fèi)用定額管理的相關(guān)性,建立了物流費(fèi)用定額管理關(guān)鍵影響因素系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并進(jìn)行了影響因素對(duì)物流費(fèi)用定額管理的模擬仿真。仿真結(jié)果表明:①定額指標(biāo)體系實(shí)用性對(duì)費(fèi)用定額管理的影響率最大,而定額管理文化水平對(duì)其影響率最小。②可實(shí)現(xiàn)煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)物流費(fèi)用定額管理趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)。利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型有助于煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)優(yōu)化資源配置,進(jìn)而達(dá)到控制物流費(fèi)用的目的。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of waste or redundancy of resources and poor effect of management in the quota management of logistics expenses in tobacco commercial enterprises, based on the principle of system dynamics, this paper studies the influence of various factors and the increase rate of input on quota management. This paper analyzes the correlation between each influencing factor and the logistics cost quota management, establishes the system dynamics model of the key influencing factor of logistics cost quota management, and carries on the simulation of the influence factor to the logistics cost quota management. The simulation results show that the practicability of the quota index system of 1 / 1 has the greatest influence on the cost quota management, and the trend of logistics cost quota management of tobacco commercial enterprises can be predicted by the minimum impact rate of the cultural level of quota management. The use of system dynamics model can help tobacco commercial enterprises to optimize resource allocation and achieve the purpose of controlling logistics costs.
