【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)之后,世界新的石油格局逐漸成型,石油資本的全球化、石油生產(chǎn)的國(guó)際化、石油經(jīng)濟(jì)的聯(lián)動(dòng)化正在逐漸加深。在改革開(kāi)放之后,尤其是加入WTO之后,政府逐步放開(kāi)了國(guó)內(nèi)鉆探市場(chǎng),由于國(guó)外鉆探承包商的進(jìn)駐,更加劇了國(guó)內(nèi)的鉆探市場(chǎng)。我國(guó)的鉆探公司迫切地需要實(shí)行走出去戰(zhàn)略,充分地利用國(guó)內(nèi)外兩種資源、國(guó)內(nèi)外兩個(gè)市場(chǎng),加快國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)的步伐,,幾塊開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)際市場(chǎng),在全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中生存發(fā)展下去。這是國(guó)家可持續(xù)發(fā)展的訴求,也是我國(guó)鉆探行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然要求,可以緩解甚至解決我國(guó)石油鉆探行業(yè)的矛盾,也是我國(guó)鉆探行業(yè)參加國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的源動(dòng)力。 本文根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)研究理論,針對(duì)西部鉆探工程有限公司在中亞地區(qū)跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)的現(xiàn)狀,分析西部鉆探工程有限公司在中亞面臨的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境以及開(kāi)展跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)和機(jī)會(huì)、威脅因素,根據(jù)西部鉆探工程有限公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提出西部鉆探工程有限公司開(kāi)展跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)時(shí)的市場(chǎng)定位、進(jìn)入模式、在中亞的戰(zhàn)略選擇,最后指出西部鉆探工程有限公司在中亞跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)時(shí)存在的缺陷并對(duì)應(yīng)采取的配套改革措施提出了方案。 本文以西部鉆探工程有限公司為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了較深入的研究和探討。本論文共分六部分。第一部分介紹選題意義及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等;第二部分回顧跨國(guó)公司對(duì)外投資的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分在介紹西部鉆探工程有限公司跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其進(jìn)行SWOT分析;第四部分分析了西部鉆探工程有限公司在中亞地區(qū)的跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略定位和選擇;第五部分說(shuō)明西部鉆探工程有限公司海外項(xiàng)目的存在的問(wèn)題,提出西部鉆探工程有限公司下一步應(yīng)采取的配套改革措施;第六部分結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, the new petroleum pattern of the world is gradually formed, the globalization of petroleum capital, the internationalization of petroleum production and the linkage of petroleum economy are gradually deepening. After the reform and opening up, especially after China's entry into WTO, the government has gradually opened up the domestic drilling market, which is aggravated by the presence of foreign drilling contractors. Our drilling companies urgently need to carry out the strategy of going out, make full use of two kinds of resources at home and abroad, two markets at home and abroad, speed up the pace of international management, develop several international markets, and survive and develop in the global competition. This is the demand of national sustainable development and the inevitable requirement of the development of China's drilling industry. It can alleviate or even solve the contradiction of China's oil drilling industry, and is also the source of driving force for China's drilling industry to participate in international competition. According to the existing theory of transnational management, this paper aims at the present situation of western drilling engineering co., Ltd.'s transnational operation in central Asia This paper analyzes the market environment faced by Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd in Central Asia, the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities of transnational operation, and the threat factors. According to the strategic objectives of the Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., this paper puts forward the market orientation, entry mode, and strategic choice in Central Asia of the Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd when it carries out transnational operations. Finally, the defects of Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd in the transnational operation of Central Asia are pointed out and the corresponding reform measures are put forward. In this paper, the western drilling engineering co., Ltd is taken as the research object, and its transnational management strategy is deeply studied and discussed. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the significance of the topic, the status quo and research methods at home and abroad, innovation points, etc. The second part reviews the theoretical basis of transnational corporations' foreign investment. The third part makes SWOT analysis on the basis of introducing the status quo of transnational operation of Western drilling Engineering Co. Ltd. The fourth part analyzes the strategic orientation and choice of transnational operation of Western drilling Engineering Co. Ltd in Central Asia. The fifth part explains the existing problems of the overseas projects of Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., and puts forward the necessary reform measures to be adopted in the next step of the Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. The sixth part is the conclusion.
