制造企業(yè)組織柔性與企業(yè)績(jī)效關(guān)系研究——以服務(wù)化程度為中介變量

【摘要】:探討組織柔性對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效影響的作用機(jī)制,即組織柔性能否通過(guò)服務(wù)化程度的中介作用對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生影響。構(gòu)建"組織柔性—服務(wù)化程度—企業(yè)績(jī)效"概念模型,以陜西省制造企業(yè)為調(diào)研對(duì)象進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明:組織柔性對(duì)服務(wù)化程度和企業(yè)績(jī)效有正向影響;服務(wù)化程度在結(jié)構(gòu)柔性、人員柔性、資源柔性、文化柔性影響企業(yè)績(jī)效的過(guò)程中起部分中介作用,在創(chuàng)新柔性影響企業(yè)績(jī)效的過(guò)程中起完全中介作用,在過(guò)程柔性影響企業(yè)績(jī)效的過(guò)程中中介作用不顯著。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the mechanism of the influence of organizational flexibility on enterprise performance, that is, whether organizational flexibility can influence enterprise performance through the intermediary function of service degree. The concept model of "organizational flexibility-degree of service-enterprise performance" was constructed, and the empirical study was carried out with Shaanxi manufacturing enterprises as the research object. The results show that: organizational flexibility has a positive impact on the degree of service and enterprise performance, and the degree of service plays a part of intermediary role in the process of structural flexibility, personnel flexibility, resource flexibility and cultural flexibility affecting enterprise performance. In the process of innovation flexibility affecting enterprise performance, it plays a complete intermediary role, while in process flexibility affects enterprise performance, the process intermediary role is not significant.
