【摘要】:C飛機(jī)制造集團(tuán)自1970年創(chuàng)建至今用了短短30多年就從一個(gè)名不見(jiàn)經(jīng)傳的小公司一躍變成行業(yè)翹楚,這家集法國(guó)、德國(guó)、西班牙和英國(guó)公司為一體的集團(tuán)創(chuàng)造了當(dāng)今航空業(yè)的奇跡。民用飛機(jī)是高附加值產(chǎn)品,民用飛機(jī)市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)巨大,飛機(jī)的可靠性至關(guān)重要,行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可謂是苛刻,所以如果想占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng),就必須提供可靠性高的產(chǎn)品,有了可靠性就有銷(xiāo)售,而可靠性有只能由大量銷(xiāo)售運(yùn)行可靠的產(chǎn)品來(lái)證明,經(jīng)驗(yàn)越多信譽(yù)越高訂單越多,這就是這個(gè)行業(yè)的良性循環(huán),而可靠性要靠完善的體制和管理才能造就。 本文旨在通過(guò)研究C集團(tuán)在質(zhì)量體系建立和質(zhì)量管理戰(zhàn)略變革上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和效果著手,探討如何通過(guò)制定并實(shí)施合適的質(zhì)量體系和質(zhì)量管理戰(zhàn)略來(lái)提升企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。論文首先對(duì)C集團(tuán)質(zhì)量體系的基礎(chǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和適用的國(guó)際質(zhì)量體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了介紹,然后結(jié)合C集團(tuán)自身的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和質(zhì)量控制流程闡述了集團(tuán)建立的質(zhì)量管理體系和質(zhì)量控制管理結(jié)構(gòu)。C集團(tuán)在建立質(zhì)量體系的過(guò)程中貼合適航當(dāng)局的質(zhì)量要求,確保飛機(jī)的質(zhì)量全過(guò)程控制符合適航當(dāng)局的監(jiān)控要求,這樣的策略有利于C集團(tuán)可以高效而平穩(wěn)的完成從新機(jī)型開(kāi)發(fā)到市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行的全過(guò)程。希望C集團(tuán)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以對(duì)同類(lèi)型企業(yè)有所借鑒和參考。 本文包括六個(gè)章節(jié),分別介紹了C集團(tuán)所在行業(yè)的情況,C集團(tuán)質(zhì)量體系建立的基礎(chǔ)和行業(yè)質(zhì)量體系的要求,C集團(tuán)質(zhì)量體系和質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)以及C集團(tuán)在質(zhì)量管理上做出的變革努力,本文在第六章中對(duì)論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)并提出仍需深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:In just over 30 years since it was founded in 1970, the C aircraft manufacturing group has leapt from a little-known small company to a leading industry leader in France, Germany, A group of Spanish and British companies created the wonders of today's aviation industry. Civil aircraft are high value-added products, civil aircraft market risks are enormous, aircraft reliability is crucial, industry access standards can be described as harsh, so if you want to occupy the market, you must provide products with high reliability. With reliability, there is sales, and reliability can only be demonstrated by a large number of sales and running reliable products, the more experience, the more reputable, the more orders, this is the virtuous circle of the industry. And reliability depends on perfect system and management ability to bring up. The purpose of this paper is to study the experience and effect of C Group on the establishment of quality system and the strategic change of quality management, and to explore how to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises by formulating and implementing appropriate quality system and quality management strategy. The paper first introduces the basic standards of C Group quality system and the applicable international quality system standards. Then combined with the production process and quality control process of C Group, the quality management system and the quality control management structure established by the Group are expounded. The quality requirements of the airworthiness authorities are met in the process of establishing the quality system. To ensure that the whole process control of aircraft quality meets the requirements of airworthiness authorities, such a strategy is conducive to C Group C can efficiently and smoothly complete the entire process from the development of new models to market operation. I hope the experience of Group C can be used for reference for the same type of enterprises. This article consists of six chapters, This paper introduces the situation of C group's industry and the foundation of C group's quality system, the requirement of C group's quality system, the reality of C group's quality system and quality management, and the reform efforts of C group's quality management. In the sixth chapter, the thesis is summarized and the direction of further research is put forward.
