【摘要】：華北水利委員會是南京國民政府在華北地區(qū)特設(shè)的水利行政機(jī)關(guān),主要負(fù)責(zé)華北地區(qū)的水務(wù)管理。從1928年至1937年,華北水利委員會在引進(jìn)西方先進(jìn)水利科技、培養(yǎng)水利人才、探索新型水利建設(shè)模式等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。專家治水不僅是華北水利委員會在華北水利建設(shè)事業(yè)上的重要特色,而且是華北地區(qū)水利行政管理逐漸走向?qū)I(yè)化的重要標(biāo)志,也是推動華北水利事業(yè)向現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型的重要推動力。
[Abstract]:The North China Water Conservancy Commission is a special water conservancy administrative organ of the Nanjing National Government in North China, which is mainly responsible for water affairs management in North China. From 1928 to 1937, the North China Water Conservancy Commission played an important role in introducing western advanced water science and technology, cultivating water conservancy talents and exploring new water conservancy construction mode. The management of water by experts is not only an important feature of the North China Water Conservancy Commission in the construction of water conservancy in North China, but also an important symbol of the gradual professionalization of water conservancy administration in North China. It is also an important driving force to promote the transformation of North China water conservancy to modern times.
