【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展步伐，建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，作為工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的重要組成部分，日益得到關(guān)注與重視。在國(guó)際工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域，是否具備行之有效的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控實(shí)力，，已經(jīng)成為衡量國(guó)際工程公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目因其行業(yè)所具備的特殊危險(xiǎn)性，項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理就更加關(guān)鍵。 本文在對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論進(jìn)行綜合梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述了化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的內(nèi)容與流程，并以CC化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例，對(duì)前述理論在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究，對(duì)此類項(xiàng)目建設(shè)全壽命周期中可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)類型和主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了識(shí)別和分析，重點(diǎn)采用層次分析法對(duì)項(xiàng)目主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了分析并排序，同時(shí)運(yùn)用貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)法對(duì)項(xiàng)目特有的技術(shù)移植風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行判斷。根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別分析結(jié)果，制定實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范應(yīng)對(duì)措施，通過(guò)監(jiān)控跟蹤，對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)控制效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 本文的結(jié)論為此類建設(shè)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系的健全與完善，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作更好的開展與推進(jìn)，提供一定的借鑒；為保障化工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全運(yùn)行，合理規(guī)避并控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, risk management of construction project, as an important part of project management, has been paid more and more attention. In the field of international engineering construction projects, whether there is an effective project risk management system and risk management strength has become an important evaluation index to measure the competitiveness of international engineering companies. Because of the special danger of chemical engineering project, project risk management is more critical. On the basis of synthetically combing the theory of construction project risk management, this paper expounds the characteristics of chemical construction project and the content and process of risk management, and takes CC chemical construction project as an example. This paper studies the application of the above theory in the actual project construction, and identifies and analyzes the possible risk types and main risk factors in the whole life cycle of such a project. The main risks of the project are analyzed and sorted by AHP, and Bayesian network method is used to judge the risk of project specific technology migration. According to the result of risk identification and analysis, the measures of risk prevention and control are established and the control effect of risk response is evaluated by monitoring and tracking. The conclusion of this paper provides some reference for the improvement and improvement of risk management system in the operation of such construction projects, and for the better development and promotion of risk management, as well as for ensuring the economic and safe operation of chemical construction projects. Reasonable avoidance and control of risk provide some reference.
