【摘要】：近幾年,以“金磚四國”為代表的新興經(jīng)濟體的迅速崛起,為世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展增加了新的活力。新興經(jīng)濟體在國際經(jīng)濟中起著越來越重要的作用,其在國際上的直接投資也快速增加。隨著中國經(jīng)濟的突飛猛進,目前我國已逐步成為新興經(jīng)濟體對外直接投資的主力軍。自1978年起,我國工程機械行業(yè)得到了良好的發(fā)展,取得了巨大的進步,為經(jīng)濟建設(shè)提供了強有力的支持,同時建起了一些具有國際競爭力的民族工程機械企業(yè),比如三一重工、徐工集團、中聯(lián)重科等,它們在國際競爭中顯示出了強大的生命力。自2006年開始,我國工程機械行業(yè)逐漸掀起了對外直接投資的熱潮,不斷加快海外擴張的步伐。發(fā)展至今,中國工程機械企業(yè)的對外直接投資活動正在不斷增多,投資規(guī)模也在不斷擴大,投資方式以綠地投資為主。中國工程機械行業(yè)正在由制造工廠轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧圃�、銷售、服務(wù)為一體的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈集團,2012年我國工程機械企業(yè)更是制造了一次次大手筆的收購,但是總體來看我國工程機械企業(yè)“走出去”卻并不順利,主要原因是當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)和政府對于中國的企業(yè)技術(shù)實力、運營能力、品質(zhì)保障等尚有疑慮。進入2013年后,世界經(jīng)濟變得更加不穩(wěn)定,歐洲對中國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)征收反傾銷反壟斷稅、中國對歐洲進口葡萄酒、奶粉等產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)濟制裁等事件的發(fā)生,均為各國海外經(jīng)營增加了更多的不確定因素。存這種政治經(jīng)濟環(huán)境中,研究中國工程機械行業(yè)如何更好地進行對外直接投資、更快地發(fā)展自己顯得更加具有現(xiàn)實意義。 本文將相關(guān)理論與現(xiàn)實經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合起來分析中國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資的動因,同時采用了數(shù)據(jù)說明和圖表分析等方法。具體來講,本文在分析了我國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,通過多方面地對比總結(jié)出我國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資存在的優(yōu)勢及問題,并通過借鑒發(fā)達國家發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗,提出了提高我國工程機械對外投資效益的種種建議。相對于前人持有的我國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資處于絕對劣勢地位的觀點,本文通過對比分析,總結(jié)出我國擁有的優(yōu)勢,對我國現(xiàn)有成就予以肯定。論文結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下： 第一部分是導(dǎo)論。介紹選題背景、說明選題意義,評述目前國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究成果,明確本文的行文思路及章節(jié)安排,指出研究方法、創(chuàng)新與不足。 第二部分是中國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資理論分析。介紹國外學(xué)者的兩大理論——比較優(yōu)勢理論及內(nèi)部化理論。在上述理論支撐下,結(jié)合我國工程機械企業(yè)進行對外直接投資的歷史,分析出我國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資的內(nèi)在動因。 第三部分是中國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀。該部分結(jié)合了大量數(shù)據(jù)、圖表等相關(guān)資料,具體分析了目前我國工程機械行業(yè)對外直接投資在投資規(guī)模、投資趨勢、投資方式、地區(qū)分布、資金來源等方面的現(xiàn)狀。 第四部分是我國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資的優(yōu)勢及現(xiàn)存的不足。通過對比分析的方法,總結(jié)出我國工程機械企業(yè)對外直接投資在銷售增長、產(chǎn)品價格、人力成本等方面所具備的優(yōu)勢,并指出目前我國尚需在外部風(fēng)險控制、政府職能、企業(yè)自身等方面加以改進。 第五部分是發(fā)達國家對外直接投資的經(jīng)驗。以我國對外直接投資現(xiàn)存問題入手,分析了發(fā)達國家的成功經(jīng)驗,認為我國應(yīng)該在財政稅收、科技政策、金融保險等政府層面以及銷售、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、再制造、節(jié)能環(huán)保等企業(yè)層面向發(fā)達國家學(xué)習(xí)。 第六部分以上述分析為基礎(chǔ),提出優(yōu)化中國工程機械行業(yè)對外直接投資的對策建議。政府方面應(yīng)從財政稅收、科技政策、金融保險、法律法規(guī)等四個方面加以改善；企業(yè)方面則應(yīng)該更加注重資金銷售、創(chuàng)新技術(shù)、再制造、節(jié)能環(huán)保等方面的提高。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the rapid rise of emerging economies , represented by " BRICS " , has added new impetus to the development of the world economy . With the rapid development of China ' s economy , China has gradually become the main force of foreign direct investment in emerging economies . Since 1978 , China ' s engineering machinery industry has gradually become the main force of foreign direct investment .

Based on the analysis of the present situation of foreign direct investment in China ' s engineering machinery enterprises , this paper analyzes the advantages and problems of foreign direct investment in China ' s engineering machinery enterprises , and puts forward some suggestions for improving the foreign direct investment of Chinese engineering machinery enterprises .

The first part is introduction . Introduce the background of the selection , explain the significance of the selection , comment on the relevant research results at home and abroad , make clear the thinking and the chapter arrangement of the text , and point out the research method , innovation and deficiency .

The second part is the analysis of the foreign direct investment theory of Chinese engineering machinery enterprises . The two theories of foreign scholars , comparative advantage theory and internalization theory are introduced . Under the above - mentioned theoretical support , the intrinsic motivation of the foreign direct investment of Chinese engineering machinery enterprises is analyzed .

The third part is the present situation of the foreign direct investment of Chinese engineering machinery enterprises . This part combines extensive data , charts and other relevant information , and analyzes the current situation of foreign direct investment in the investment scale , investment trend , investment mode , regional distribution , fund source and so on in our country ' s engineering machinery industry .

The fourth part is the advantage of the foreign direct investment of the engineering machinery enterprises in our country and the existing deficiency . Through the comparative analysis method , the advantages of the foreign direct investment in the sales growth , the product price and the manpower cost of the engineering machinery enterprises in our country are summarized , and it is pointed out that the country still needs to improve the external risk control , the government function , the enterprise itself and so on .

The fifth part is the experience of the foreign direct investment in developed countries . The successful experience of developed countries is analyzed in the light of the existing problems of foreign direct investment in our country , and it is believed that our country should learn from the developed countries at the level of government , such as fiscal taxation , science and technology policy , financial insurance , etc . , as well as the enterprise level such as sales , technological innovation , re - manufacturing , energy conservation and environmental protection .

The sixth part , based on the above analysis , puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the foreign direct investment in China ' s engineering machinery industry . The government should improve from four aspects such as financial taxation , science and technology policy , financial insurance and laws and regulations ;
Enterprises should pay more attention to the improvement of fund sales , innovation technology , remanufacture , energy conservation and environmental protection .
