【摘要】：電網(wǎng)建設是國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎，作為電網(wǎng)建設的重要項目，輸變電工程項目建設對現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)建設及能源優(yōu)化配置有著非常重要的影響。近年來，，用電負荷不斷提高，為滿足用電需求和社會發(fā)展的需要，電網(wǎng)企業(yè)越發(fā)重視輸變電工程建設。因此，高質(zhì)量、高標準的輸變電工程是電網(wǎng)建設的重中之重，而作為輸變電工程管理的核心——項目管理工作就顯得尤為重要。通過過程控制的方法，不斷提高輸變電工程項目管理水平是電網(wǎng)建設的長期課題。 論文首先對國外、國內(nèi)項目管理及工程項目管理及過程控制研究成果及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹，闡述了工程項目管理及過程控制的基本理論，分別介紹相關概念及管理控制原則。隨后結合輸變電工程項目管理的四個階段對過程控制進行了詳細的介紹，并以阜平黃岸220kV變電站工程建設為案例，將阜平黃岸輸變電工程在各個階段中應用過程控制的情況進行了詳細的分析研究。通過對阜平黃岸220kV變電站工程全過程管理的研究，為電網(wǎng)建設項目管理工作提出了一些建議，從而進一步提高電網(wǎng)工程建設的管理水平。
[Abstract]:Power grid construction is the basis of national economic development. As an important project of power grid construction, transmission and transformation project construction has a very important impact on modern industrial construction and energy optimization allocation. In recent years, the power load is increasing constantly. In order to meet the demand of electricity demand and social development, power grid enterprises pay more and more attention to the construction of transmission and transformation projects. Therefore, high quality and high standard transmission and transformation project is the most important part of power grid construction, and as the core of transmission and transformation project management, project management is particularly important. Through the method of process control, it is a long-term task of power grid construction to improve the project management level of transmission and transformation engineering. This paper first introduces the research results and development status of project management and engineering project management and process control at home and abroad, expounds the basic theory of project management and process control, and introduces the related concepts and management control principles respectively. Then combined with the four stages of power transmission and transformation project management, the process control is introduced in detail, and the case of 220kV substation construction in Huangan, Fuping, is taken as an example. The application of process control in each stage of Huangan power transmission and transformation project in Fuping is analyzed and studied in detail. Based on the research on the whole process management of 220kV substation in Huangan, Fuping, some suggestions are put forward for the project management of power grid construction, so as to further improve the management level of power grid construction.
