中美新能源科技合作戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:中美兩國(guó)都是負(fù)責(zé)任的大國(guó),兩國(guó)對(duì)能源的需求具有相似性,能源市場(chǎng)具有互補(bǔ)性,而兩國(guó)在新能源領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)發(fā)展不均衡,因此,中美兩國(guó)在新能源領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)合作具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面研究?jī)蓢?guó)之間新能源技術(shù)的合作戰(zhàn)略。 首先,充分調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外在新能源領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,技術(shù)特點(diǎn)與水平,為研究中美兩國(guó)新能源科技合作提供依據(jù);在此基礎(chǔ)上,從共同應(yīng)對(duì)能源短缺與環(huán)境惡化方面研究了中美科技合作的可能性及其合作方式,緊密結(jié)合我國(guó)的能源結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和目前在新能源領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,,尤其是在潔凈煤利用技術(shù)、可再生能源的高效利用技術(shù)、和平高效地開(kāi)發(fā)與利用核能技術(shù),包括核能技術(shù)的升級(jí)換代、太陽(yáng)能開(kāi)發(fā)與利用技術(shù)、水能風(fēng)能利用技術(shù)等,研究了中美兩國(guó)開(kāi)展技術(shù)合作的可能的領(lǐng)域與合作模式的多樣性;最后,在詳細(xì)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了中美兩國(guó)在新能源領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展技術(shù)合作的戰(zhàn)略方向與模式,預(yù)測(cè)了相關(guān)的技術(shù)合作前景,為相關(guān)部門(mén)作出戰(zhàn)略決策提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:China and the United States are both responsible big countries, the two countries have similar energy needs, energy markets are complementary, and the technological development of the two countries in the field of new energy is not balanced, so, The technical cooperation between China and the United States in the field of new energy has broad application prospects. This paper mainly studies the cooperation strategy of new energy technology between the two countries from the following aspects. First of all, the current situation, technical characteristics and level of domestic and foreign development in the field of new energy should be fully investigated to provide a basis for the study of new energy science and technology cooperation between China and the United States; on this basis, The possibility and mode of scientific and technological cooperation between China and the United States are studied from the aspects of energy shortage and environmental deterioration, and the characteristics of energy structure in China and the current development situation in the field of new energy, especially in clean coal utilization technology, are closely combined. The efficient use of renewable energy, the peaceful and efficient development and utilization of nuclear energy, including the upgrading of nuclear energy technology, the development and utilization of solar energy, and the utilization of hydro-wind energy, etc. The possible fields and modes of technical cooperation between China and the United States are studied. Finally, on the basis of detailed research, the strategic direction and mode of technical cooperation between China and the United States in the field of new energy are proposed. The prospect of technical cooperation is forecasted, which provides the basis for relevant departments to make strategic decisions.
