【摘要】：本文的研究對(duì)象J公司，在供應(yīng)商管理體系方面的工作存在很多的問(wèn)題：供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)資源配置不合理、供應(yīng)商選擇和開(kāi)發(fā)的準(zhǔn)則及流程模糊、缺乏對(duì)供應(yīng)商有效的控制和評(píng)價(jià)。這些問(wèn)題影響J公司供應(yīng)商管理發(fā)揮提高供應(yīng)商來(lái)料質(zhì)量保證的績(jī)效，推動(dòng)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)其戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的功效。 本文采用八項(xiàng)質(zhì)量管理原則，質(zhì)量控制理論、供應(yīng)商管理理論等理論分析和實(shí)踐分析等研究方法，沿著發(fā)現(xiàn)、分析、解決問(wèn)題的思路，應(yīng)用持續(xù)改進(jìn)的理念，對(duì)J公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，找出J公司在供應(yīng)商管理體系上存在的問(wèn)題和解決方向，建立了J公司供應(yīng)商管理體系，明確了供應(yīng)商管理各個(gè)崗位職能，建立了清晰的可操作性的供應(yīng)商管理流程，量化了供應(yīng)商的評(píng)級(jí)體系。J公司供應(yīng)商管理體系研究表明，為控制好來(lái)料的品質(zhì)，首先要選擇對(duì)的供應(yīng)商，其次是控制好供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量，確保供應(yīng)商持續(xù)供貨的質(zhì)量保證能力，再次是提高供應(yīng)商的持續(xù)改善能力，這樣就能促進(jìn)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行一個(gè)良好的PDCA循環(huán)。只有保證了供應(yīng)商管理體系的正常運(yùn)行與功效發(fā)揮，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。提高供應(yīng)鏈方面企業(yè)對(duì)顧客和產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的水平，并降低成本。從體系運(yùn)行的結(jié)果來(lái)看，對(duì)J公司的供應(yīng)商管理體系起到十分積極的作用，，具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，也對(duì)同類(lèi)型企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商管理體系構(gòu)建工作有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The research object of this paper is J Company. There are many problems in supplier management system: unreasonable resource allocation of supplier management system, fuzzy criteria and process of supplier selection and development. Lack of effective control and evaluation of suppliers. These problems affect the performance of supplier management to improve supplier quality assurance and promote the effectiveness of enterprise to achieve its strategic objectives. This paper adopts eight quality management principles, quality control theory, supplier management theory and other theoretical analysis and practical analysis methods, along with the idea of finding, analyzing and solving problems, applying the concept of continuous improvement. This paper analyzes the present situation of J Company, finds out the problems and solutions in the supplier management system of J Company, establishes the supplier Management system of J Company, and clarifies the functions of supplier management. Established a clear and operable supplier management process, quantified the supplier rating system. J company supplier management system research shows that in order to control the quality of incoming materials, we must first select the right supplier, The second is to control the quality of suppliers, to ensure the quality assurance ability of suppliers to supply continuously, and then to improve the ability of continuous improvement of suppliers, so as to promote suppliers to carry out a good PDCA cycle. Only by ensuring the normal operation and efficiency of supplier management system, can the supplier quality target be realized. Improve the supply chain level of customer and product services, and reduce costs. From the result of the system operation, it plays a very positive role in the supplier management system of J Company, has very important practical significance, and also has certain reference function to the construction of the supplier management system of the same type enterprises.
