【摘要】：構建基于采購環(huán)節(jié)的食品安全預警指標體系,把食品安全問題保障從“事后處理”變?yōu)椤笆虑翱刂啤憋@得尤為重要。本文主要是采購環(huán)節(jié)對食品安全預警指標體系進行研究。全文主要分為七個部分。第一部分主要介紹本文研究的背景,以及研究目的和意義。第二部分介紹食品安全、食品安全預警等相關理論,為文章以后章節(jié)做好鋪墊。第三部分主要針對我國的食品安全問題進行現(xiàn)狀分析。第四部分是基于采購環(huán)節(jié)的食品安全預警分析。第五部分為基于采購環(huán)節(jié)的食品安全預警指標體系建立。第六部分是基于采購環(huán)節(jié)的食品安全預警指標體系運行的保障機制。第七部分對文章進行總結。
[Abstract]:It is very important to construct the food safety early warning index system based on purchasing link, and to change the food safety problem from "dealing with afterwards" to "controlling beforehand". This paper mainly studies the food safety early warning index system in purchasing link. The full text is divided into seven parts. The first part mainly introduces the background of this study, as well as the purpose and significance of the study. The second part introduces the theory of food safety and food safety warning. The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of food safety in China. The fourth part is the food safety early warning analysis based on purchasing link. The fifth part is the establishment of food safety warning index system based on purchasing link. The sixth part is the guarantee mechanism of food safety early warning index system based on purchasing link. The seventh part summarizes the article.
