河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)技術路線圖研究

【摘要】:鋼鐵工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的重要基礎產(chǎn)業(yè),是國家經(jīng)濟水平和綜合國力的重要標志。經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,市場配置資源的作用不斷加強,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、技術裝備不斷優(yōu)化,有效支撐了國民經(jīng)濟平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展。河北省是我國產(chǎn)鋼第一大省,在我國具有舉足輕重的地位。隨著社會的發(fā)展,我國進入了深入推進科學發(fā)展、加快轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式的攻堅階段,對鋼鐵工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級提出了更高的要求。河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)量雖然非常大,但是依然存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度低、高附加值產(chǎn)品比例低、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、能耗高等問題。如何解決這些問題成為了發(fā)展河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)的關鍵。 技術路線圖是技術經(jīng)營和研究開發(fā)管理的一個有效工具,目前在我國也是熱門研究領域,能夠為各鋼企制定技術規(guī)劃提供依據(jù)。本文通過總結(jié)分析相關文獻,利用該方法對河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)技術路線圖進行研究。本文首先對技術路線圖理論進行研究和總結(jié),在分析鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,結(jié)合相關文獻提出了影響鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)技術發(fā)展的因素,包括五個初階因素和22和二階因素,并利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程對因素進行驗證性分析,,得出由五個初階因素和20個二階因素組成的影響鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)技術的因素體系,之后,在分析預測影響因素和研究相關文獻的基礎上,對河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)技術未來的發(fā)展做出預計,利用三角模糊數(shù)打分法,對上述利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析得出的影響因素和預見技術進行關聯(lián)性分析,根據(jù)關聯(lián)程度選出影響河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的四個技術領域的35項關鍵技術,最后繪制出河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)技術路線圖并對路線圖的實施提出六條建議。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of national economy and an important symbol of national economic level and comprehensive national strength. After decades of development, the role of market allocation of resources is constantly strengthened, product structure, organizational structure, technical equipment are constantly optimized, effectively supporting the steady and rapid development of the national economy. Hebei Province is the largest province of steel production in China, has a pivotal position in our country. With the development of society, our country has entered the stage of pushing forward the scientific development and speeding up the transformation of development mode, which puts forward higher requirements for the transformation and upgrading of iron and steel industry. Although the iron and steel output in Hebei Province is very large, there are still some problems such as low industrial concentration, low proportion of high value-added products, unreasonable product structure and high energy consumption. How to solve these problems has become the key to the development of Hebei iron and steel industry. Technology roadmap is an effective tool for technology management and R & D management. It is also a hot research field in our country at present. It can provide the basis for each steel enterprise to make technical plan. By summarizing and analyzing relevant documents, this paper studies the technical roadmap of Hebei iron and steel industry by using this method. Based on the analysis of the present situation of iron and steel industry development, this paper first studies and summarizes the theory of technology roadmap, and puts forward the factors influencing the development of iron and steel industry technology, including five primary factors and 22 and second order factors, based on the analysis of the present situation of iron and steel industry development. By using the structural equation to verify the factors, a factor system which is composed of five primary factors and 20 second-order factors is obtained. After that, on the basis of analyzing and predicting the influencing factors and studying the related literature, The future development of iron and steel industry technology in Hebei Province is forecasted. The influence factors and foresight technology obtained by structural equation analysis are analyzed by using triangular fuzzy number scoring method. According to the degree of relevance, 35 key technologies affecting the development of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province are selected. Finally, the technical road map of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province is drawn and six suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the road map.
