【摘要】:全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的一體化、技術(shù)革新的周期日益縮短、以及消費(fèi)者個(gè)性化的需求,使得企業(yè)面臨的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境比以往任何時(shí)候都更具有挑戰(zhàn)性。為了適應(yīng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的市場(chǎng)保持企業(yè)的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,政府提出了“加快企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新”的政策,要求企業(yè)加大研發(fā)投入,開發(fā)出更多更好的產(chǎn)品,以滿足日益競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)需求,調(diào)整企業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的位置,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)盈利能力,快速發(fā)展。新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能力已成為衡量企業(yè)創(chuàng)新和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)是一項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)很大的活動(dòng),而且還是復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)過程,存在著大量的不確定因素,需要企業(yè)投入大量的資源,一旦新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)失敗對(duì)企業(yè)的損失是巨大的。為了使新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能順利進(jìn)行,應(yīng)對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的全過程實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。本文從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的角度著重對(duì)影響新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素及其項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行探索性研究,以此期望企業(yè)能夠認(rèn)識(shí)其新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來源,進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供參考。 雖然風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)于不斷創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)來說是客觀存在的,也是不可回避的,但是企業(yè)完全可以通過對(duì)影響其進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品發(fā)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素加以識(shí)別、評(píng)估,并建立有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和預(yù)警保障體系,盡量降低開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以維持企業(yè)健康發(fā)展。本文討論了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基本概念,提出了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理框架;通過以園林工具懸浮式割草機(jī)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)為例,詳細(xì)展示了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)識(shí),,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度量,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)等過程分析,深入剖析了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的根源:技術(shù)相關(guān)的不確定性、與需求相關(guān)的不確定性、與資金相關(guān)的不確定性、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的、政策環(huán)境的和偶發(fā)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,針對(duì)這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)如何進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,決策,對(duì)抗和降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分別論述了詳細(xì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)方案。 園林工具產(chǎn)品存在一定的季節(jié)性、區(qū)域性和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的統(tǒng)一性,在此類新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中存在一定共性,本文提取其共性歸納并構(gòu)建了園林工具新品開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控體系,為園林工具企業(yè)降低新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),有效進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The integration of the global economy, the shorter cycle of technological innovation and the individualized demand of consumers have made the market environment more challenging than ever before. In order to adapt to the competitive market and maintain the sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise, the government has put forward a policy of "accelerating enterprise transformation and upgrading, encouraging enterprise innovation". The policy requires enterprises to increase their R & D investment and develop more and better products to meet the increasingly competitive market demand, to adjust the position of enterprises in the industrial chain, to enhance the profitability and rapid development of enterprises. The ability of new product development has become an important indicator to measure enterprise innovation and sustainable development ability. A very risky activity, which is a complex dynamic process, has a large number of uncertain factors and needs a large number of enterprises to invest a large amount of resources. Once the failure of the new product development is huge. In order to make the development of the new product smoothly, the whole process of the new product development should be carried out risk management. Although risk exists objectively and can not be avoided, the enterprise can identify, evaluate, and establish an effective risk assessment and early warning system to minimize the risk of the development project and avoid the risk, so as to maintain the enterprise health. This paper discusses the basic concept of risk in the new product development project and puts forward the risk management framework of the new product development project. By taking the product development of the garden tool suspension lawn mower as an example, it shows the risk perception, risk awareness, risk identification, risk analysis, risk measurement and risk early warning in the development of new product. In the process of risk response and risk assessment, the root causes of new product development risk are analyzed, such as technology related uncertainty, uncertainty related to demand, capital related uncertainty, competitors, policy environment and accidental risk factors, and how to optimize, decision, fight, and reduce these risks. The garden tool products have a certain seasonal, regional and standard unity, and there are some commonalities in the risk of this kind of new product development.
