【摘要】：建筑設(shè)計(jì)信息化建設(shè)是我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)跨出國(guó)門，邁向世界的重要環(huán)節(jié)，其建設(shè)的目的是充分利用現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目全過程，用信息技術(shù)手段梳理建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的運(yùn)作業(yè)務(wù)邏輯及流程，提升建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的管理水平和設(shè)計(jì)效率，提高建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。為此本文選擇了建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)作為研究對(duì)象。我國(guó)于2002年開始對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)進(jìn)行政策的松綁，標(biāo)志我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)正式開放并市場(chǎng)化。信息化建設(shè)在我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的應(yīng)用尚處于起步階段，大多數(shù)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)都缺少經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且每個(gè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)都有自己的個(gè)性特點(diǎn)，因此就目前而言我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)有效的參照經(jīng)驗(yàn)，也缺乏成熟的信息化系統(tǒng)作為支撐，具體表現(xiàn)在我國(guó)建設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)信息化成功的案例非常少。 本文通過對(duì)AA建筑設(shè)計(jì)院的信息化建設(shè)的過程進(jìn)行分析研究和總結(jié)，從總體上提出了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的目標(biāo)和有效的實(shí)施方案。結(jié)合我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和未來主要的目標(biāo)，說明了建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)導(dǎo)入信息化建設(shè)的必要性，構(gòu)建了建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)綜合信息化系統(tǒng)的基本功能模塊和邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)。 AA建筑設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)是我國(guó)10大民營(yíng)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)之一，針對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)的工藝流程的特點(diǎn)，再結(jié)合AA建筑設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)的運(yùn)作現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的訪談?wù){(diào)研和需求分析，提出了AA建筑設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)綜合信息化建設(shè)的總體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)，并進(jìn)行了信息化平臺(tái)的選型、實(shí)施及子系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，包括經(jīng)營(yíng)管理系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理系統(tǒng)、項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)、財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)、人力資源管理系統(tǒng)，以及協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)等。提出建設(shè)跨地域及時(shí)統(tǒng)一信息化平臺(tái)的藍(lán)圖，實(shí)現(xiàn)跨地域的一體化管理，消滅“信息孤島”,及時(shí)傳遞經(jīng)營(yíng)運(yùn)營(yíng)財(cái)務(wù)等信息，實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)集團(tuán)的預(yù)算管理體制。本文主要介紹了企業(yè)信息化的理論基礎(chǔ)，企業(yè)運(yùn)作流程的優(yōu)化和業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的梳理，，以及綜合信息化系統(tǒng)的選型和實(shí)施等。本文中所闡述的AA建筑設(shè)計(jì)院綜合信息化方案作為論文的主要研究成果，也可以為其他建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè)時(shí)提供架構(gòu)和思路上的支撐。并且這一整套的建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)綜合信息的理念和方法已經(jīng)在AA建筑設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The construction of architectural design information is an important link for Chinese architectural design industry to step out of the country and step into the world. The purpose of its construction is to make full use of modern advanced information technology and to optimize the whole process of design project. In order to improve the management level and design efficiency of architectural design enterprises and improve the market competitiveness of architectural design enterprises, the operation logic and process of architectural design enterprises are combed by means of information technology. Therefore, this paper chooses the information system of architectural design industry as the research object. In 2002, China began to liberate the architectural design industry, marking the formal opening and marketization of the architectural design industry in China. The application of information construction in architectural design enterprises in China is still in its infancy. Most architectural design enterprises lack experience, and each architectural design enterprise has its own characteristics. Therefore, at present, the effective reference experience of the informatization construction in the architectural design industry of our country, also lacks the mature information system as the support, the concrete performance in our country construction design profession informationization success case is very few. Based on the analysis and summary of the process of information construction of AA architectural design institute, this paper puts forward the aim and effective implementation plan of the informatization construction of domestic architectural design enterprises. Combined with the present situation and the future main goal of the information construction of the architectural design enterprises in our country, the necessity of introducing the information construction into the architectural design enterprises is explained, and the basic function module and logical structure of the comprehensive information system of the architectural design enterprises are constructed. AA Architectural Design Group is one of the 10 largest private architectural design enterprises in China. In view of the characteristics of the process flow of architectural design, combined with the current operation situation of AA Architectural Design Group, the detailed interview and investigation and demand analysis are carried out on AA Architectural Design Group. This paper puts forward the overall design goal of the comprehensive information construction of AA Architectural Design Group, and carries out the selection, implementation and development of the information platform, including management system, operation management system, project management system, etc. Financial management system, human resources management system, and collaborative design management system. Put forward the construction of cross-region? In time? To unify the blueprint of the information platform, to realize the integrated management across regions, to eliminate the "isolated island of information", and to deliver the management in time? Operation? Finance and other information to achieve the entire group of budget management system. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis of enterprise informatization, the optimization of enterprise operation process and the combing of business logic, as well as the selection and implementation of integrated information system. As the main research result of the thesis, the comprehensive information scheme of AA architectural design institute described in this paper can also provide the framework and train of thought support for other architectural design enterprises to carry on the information construction. And this whole set of architectural design enterprise comprehensive information concept and method has achieved good results in AA Architectural Design Group.
