我國轎車企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:作為重要的運(yùn)輸工具,汽車是科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展水平的標(biāo)志。作為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的組成部分,轎車行業(yè)占據(jù)著極其重要的地位,因此努力發(fā)展轎車行業(yè)對(duì)國家、對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)都有著極其深遠(yuǎn)的意義。作為我國轎車行業(yè)的自主品牌,吉利、奇瑞、華晨等企業(yè)已彰顯出強(qiáng)大的生命力,但是他們依然顯現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量相對(duì)較差、科技創(chuàng)新能力不足、企業(yè)規(guī)模相對(duì)較小等問題。事實(shí)證明,我國轎車企業(yè)的問題不是缺乏市場(chǎng)和資金,而是缺乏以創(chuàng)新能力和自主品牌能力為基礎(chǔ)的軟實(shí)力,缺乏對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的重視和運(yùn)用。 本文共分為五章,第一章緒論部分重點(diǎn)介紹本文的研究背景、意義及國內(nèi)外關(guān)于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章是知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)及其戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)部分,這一部分重點(diǎn)介紹知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)內(nèi)容以及合作博弈。第三章是國內(nèi)外轎車企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,在這一部分主要介紹了美國、日本這些發(fā)達(dá)國家轎車企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)我國轎車企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了案例剖析和SWOT分析,使我們對(duì)我國轎車企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí),并發(fā)現(xiàn)了我國轎車企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展中存在的問題。第四章從戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)、具體戰(zhàn)略選擇三方面制定了符合我國轎車企業(yè)實(shí)際發(fā)展情況的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略,這一部分的重點(diǎn)在于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的制定,并運(yùn)用合作博弈分析了企業(yè)合作研發(fā)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。第五章提出了實(shí)施我國轎車企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略的措施,以期促進(jìn)我國轎車企業(yè)更好更快的發(fā)展,,避免知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛,在國際貿(mào)易中提高競(jìng)爭力。
[Abstract]:As an important means of transportation, automobile is a symbol of the level of development of science and technology. As an integral part of automobile industry, car industry occupies an extremely important position, so it is of great significance to the country and economy to strive to develop car industry. As the independent brand of China's car industry, Geely, Chery, brilliance and other enterprises have shown a strong vitality, but they still show that the product quality is relatively poor, the scientific and technological innovation ability is insufficient, the enterprise scale is relatively small and so on. Facts have proved that the problem of Chinese car enterprises is not lack of market and capital, but lack of soft power based on innovation ability and independent brand ability, and lack of attention and application of intellectual property. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the introduction of the research background, significance and domestic and foreign research on intellectual property. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of intellectual property and its strategy, which focuses on the relevant content of intellectual property strategy and cooperative game. The third chapter is the domestic and foreign car enterprise intellectual property development present situation analysis, in this part mainly introduced the United States, the Japan developed country car enterprise intellectual property development present situation, The case study and SWOT analysis on the development of intellectual property rights of car enterprises in China have made us have a further understanding of the present situation of the development of intellectual property rights of car enterprises in our country. And found the problems in the development of intellectual property rights of car enterprises in China. The fourth chapter formulates the intellectual property right strategy which accords with the actual development situation of the car enterprises in our country from three aspects of the strategic objective, the strategic focus, the specific strategic choice, which focuses on the formulation of the intellectual property development strategy. The advantage of cooperative R & D is analyzed by using cooperative game. The fifth chapter puts forward the measures to implement the intellectual property strategy of China's car enterprises in order to promote the better and faster development of Chinese car enterprises, avoid intellectual property disputes, and improve their competitiveness in international trade.
