【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，，資本市場也發(fā)生了巨大的變化，相應(yīng)的對化工行業(yè)的發(fā)展也產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。企業(yè)價值評估是分析和衡量企業(yè)或者企業(yè)內(nèi)部的經(jīng)營單位、分支機(jī)構(gòu)的公平市場價值．以幫助投資人和管理者改善決策，因而企業(yè)價值評估越來越受到人們的重視。 本文以新疆天業(yè)股份有限公司為對象，以公開數(shù)據(jù)資料為基礎(chǔ)，客觀地反映天業(yè)股份有限公司的經(jīng)營策略和財務(wù)狀況;并對其進(jìn)行價值評估。 第一部分：對本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究思路、以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡要分析。 第二部分：系統(tǒng)的梳理國內(nèi)外企業(yè)價值評估理論與方法的文獻(xiàn)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行總結(jié)和述評。比較和研究了各類價值評估的模型與方法，分析了各類評估方法的優(yōu)點及其局限性并據(jù)此選出本文價值評估時所運用的價值模型，結(jié)合企業(yè)的經(jīng)營狀況和財務(wù)指標(biāo)，關(guān)注的是企業(yè)的未來收益能力，反映企業(yè)的內(nèi)在價值，為企業(yè)管理者和投資者提供有用的信息。 第三部分：基于案例企業(yè)所屬化工行業(yè)，本文對化工行業(yè)的情況做了較為詳細(xì)的闡述，首先簡要介紹化工行業(yè)的基本情況，并且對該行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、相關(guān)特點、未來趨勢的發(fā)展以及宏觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和國家的政策等都做了較為詳細(xì)的分析。 第四部分：本段從企業(yè)的財務(wù)以及經(jīng)營等方面著手分析了目標(biāo)企業(yè)，結(jié)合杜邦分析并且在盈利能力、償債能力、成長能力、營運能力這四個方面對目標(biāo)企業(yè)進(jìn)行分析研究。 第五部分：對案例企業(yè)新疆天業(yè)股份有限公司的價值進(jìn)行評估分析，運用幾種基本企業(yè)價值評估法比如股權(quán)現(xiàn)金流量折現(xiàn)法以及相對價值法來對天業(yè)股份有限公司的價值進(jìn)行評估，進(jìn)而得出該企業(yè)的合理評估價值，并且分別對這兩種方法得出的有關(guān)結(jié)論進(jìn)行了分析比較。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the capital market has also undergone tremendous changes, which has a profound impact on the development of chemical industry.Enterprise value evaluation is to analyze and measure the fair market value of the enterprise or its internal management units and branches.In order to help investors and managers to improve decision-making, enterprise value evaluation has been paid more and more attention.This paper takes Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. as an object, based on public data, objectively reflects the operating strategy and financial situation of Tianye Co., Ltd., and evaluates its value.The first part: the research background, research significance, research content, research ideas, and domestic and foreign research status.The second part: systematically combing the domestic and foreign literature on the theory and method of enterprise value evaluation, and then summarizing and commenting on it.This paper compares and studies various models and methods of value evaluation, analyzes the advantages and limitations of various evaluation methods, and selects the value models used in this paper, combined with the management status and financial indicators of the enterprises.It focuses on the future earning ability of the enterprise, reflects the intrinsic value of the enterprise, and provides useful information for the managers and investors.The third part: based on the case of the chemical industry of the enterprise, this paper makes a more detailed description of the situation of the chemical industry, first of all, briefly introduces the basic situation of the chemical industry, and the current situation of the industry, related characteristics,The development of future trends and macro-economic environment and national policies are analyzed in detail.The fourth part: this section analyzes the target enterprise from the aspects of finance and management, combining with DuPont analysis and the four aspects of profitability, solvency, growth ability, operational ability to analyze the target enterprise.Part V: evaluation and analysis of the value of Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd.Using several basic enterprise value evaluation methods, such as discounted cash flow of equity and relative value method to evaluate the value of Tianye Co., Ltd., and then get the reasonable evaluation value of the enterprise.The conclusions of the two methods are analyzed and compared respectively.
