【摘要】：現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐表明,企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理活動(dòng)是從企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理開(kāi)始的,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的要求也隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大而增強(qiáng)。建立完善的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系可以使企業(yè)識(shí)別所面臨的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而采取相應(yīng)的防范措施加以應(yīng)對(duì),確保企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。我國(guó)珠寶行業(yè)正在進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,目前也已形成了一定的規(guī)模,越來(lái)越多的珠寶企業(yè)意識(shí)到建立完善的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系對(duì)防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有顯著的作用,并有加強(qiáng)其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)能力的內(nèi)在需求。但是,我國(guó)珠寶企業(yè)在企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究和具體應(yīng)用等方面相對(duì)滯后,由此產(chǎn)生了一些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件,大量與之相關(guān)的問(wèn)題有待完善與解決。為此,本文將在珠寶企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面進(jìn)行研究,以期從該行業(yè)的視角建立適用性更強(qiáng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系。主要包括以下內(nèi)容： 首先,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究背景及意義入手,闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)狀：并從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本理論出發(fā),概述了其概念與發(fā)展歷史； 接著,結(jié)合珠寶行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),分析企業(yè)所面臨的一些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而突顯出珠寶企業(yè)在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理上存在的問(wèn)題。 然后,根據(jù)珠寶企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的目標(biāo),以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本理論作為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合我國(guó)珠寶企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況提出建立適應(yīng)珠寶企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系。 最后,通過(guò)對(duì)達(dá)爾曼事件的分析,以對(duì)我國(guó)珠寶企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供借鑒。 本文著重以ERM框架為指導(dǎo)分析了珠寶企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。鑒于失敗的案例比成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)更加發(fā)人深省,本文通過(guò)對(duì)達(dá)爾曼珠寶公司缺乏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的危害性進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的啟示。通過(guò)本文的研究,旨在引起珠寶行業(yè)以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)︼L(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重視,提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平,從而達(dá)到加強(qiáng)和完善企業(yè)管理的目的。
[Abstract]:The practice of modern enterprise management shows that the production management and management activities of enterprises begin with the risk management of enterprises, and the requirements of risk management also increase with the expansion of enterprise scale.The establishment of a perfect risk management system can enable the enterprises to identify the various risks they face, and then take corresponding preventive measures to deal with them and ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprises.China's jewelry industry is entering a period of rapid development and has formed a certain scale at present. More and more jewelry enterprises realize that establishing a perfect risk management system plays a significant role in preventing risks.And there is an inherent need to strengthen its ability to cope with risks.However, the research and application of enterprise risk management in jewelry enterprises in China lags behind, resulting in a number of risk events, and a large number of related problems need to be improved and solved.Therefore, this paper will study the risk management of jewelry enterprises in order to establish a more applicable risk management system from the perspective of the industry.It mainly includes the following:First, from the risk management research background and significance, elaborated the domestic and foreign related research present situation: and from the risk management basic theory, has outlined its concept and the development history;Then, combined with the characteristics of jewelry industry, this paper analyzes some risks faced by enterprises, analyzes the present situation of risk management, and then highlights the problems in risk management of jewelry enterprises.Then, according to the goal of risk management of jewelry enterprises, under the guidance of the basic theory of risk management, combined with the actual situation of jewelry enterprises in China, a risk management system adapted to jewelry enterprises is put forward.Finally, through the analysis of Dalman incident, to provide reference for the risk management of jewelry enterprises in China.This paper analyzes the risk management of jewelry enterprises under the guidance of ERM framework.In view of the fact that the failure case is more thought-provoking than the successful experience, this paper analyzes the harmfulness of the lack of risk management in Dalman Jewelry Company, and sums up the enlightenment of perfecting the risk management.Through the research of this paper, the aim of this paper is to arouse the attention to risk management in jewelry industry and related fields, improve the level of risk management, and achieve the purpose of strengthening and perfecting enterprise management.
