天元集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)問題研究

【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化趨勢(shì)日益顯明的今天,企業(yè)管理也隨之由經(jīng)驗(yàn)管理提升到科學(xué)管理,更進(jìn)一步躍升為文化管理階段。隨著中國企業(yè)逐步關(guān)注、開展企業(yè)文化建設(shè),諸多有關(guān)企業(yè)文化理解和認(rèn)識(shí)上的誤區(qū)也暴露了出來。 天元集團(tuán)在不斷建設(shè)、發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程中,已經(jīng)形成了較為定型的企業(yè)文化框架。這一框架在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化研究視角的觀照下,顯露出很多不夠規(guī)范和系統(tǒng)的地方,舊有的國有企業(yè)文化理念還在困擾其發(fā)展進(jìn)程。隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的進(jìn)一步展開,天元集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化的重塑進(jìn)程還有待進(jìn)一步提速和加快,從而迅速適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和企業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際需要,并在此基礎(chǔ)上逐步建立科學(xué)、完善的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化體系。 在論文中首先整理歸納了有關(guān)“企業(yè)文化”內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能諸方面的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化理論體系知識(shí),并在此理論體系下重新界定了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化理念。本文以天元集團(tuán)作為研究對(duì)象,按照其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和企業(yè)文化的實(shí)際情況,利用一線調(diào)查、文化診斷、文化設(shè)計(jì)以及效果反饋等手段,對(duì)天元集團(tuán)的企業(yè)文化體系進(jìn)行了詳盡的調(diào)查、分析、反饋,設(shè)計(jì)了符合企業(yè)發(fā)展需要和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)際,同時(shí)又具備長期指導(dǎo)意義和可操作性的企業(yè)文化理念體系,并按照天元集團(tuán)公司的企業(yè)個(gè)性,,設(shè)計(jì)出了具體的實(shí)施原則、實(shí)施方法和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Today, the trend of global economic integration is becoming more and more obvious, and the enterprise management is promoted from experience management to scientific management, and then to the stage of cultural management.With the gradual concern of Chinese enterprises and the construction of corporate culture, many misunderstandings about corporate culture have been exposed.In the historical process of continuous construction and development, Tianyuan Group has formed a more formalized corporate cultural framework.From the perspective of modern corporate culture research, this framework reveals a lot of unstandardized and systematic places, and the old concept of state-owned enterprise culture is still perplexing its development process.With the further development of market competition, the process of reshaping the enterprise culture of Tianyuan Group needs to be further accelerated and accelerated, so as to adapt to the actual needs of market competition and enterprise development, and gradually establish science on this basis.Perfect modern enterprise culture system.In this paper, the author first summarizes the knowledge of modern corporate culture theory system about the connotation, structure and function of "enterprise culture", and redefines the concept of modern enterprise culture under this theory system.This article takes Tianyuan Group as the research object, according to its development present situation and the actual situation of the enterprise culture, utilizes the first line investigation, the cultural diagnosis, the cultural design and the effect feedback and so on means,The enterprise culture system of Tianyuan Group has been investigated, analyzed and feedback, and the enterprise culture concept system has been designed to meet the needs of enterprise development and market competition, at the same time, it has long-term guiding significance and maneuverability.In accordance with the enterprise personality of Tianyuan Group Company, the concrete implementation principles, implementation methods and safeguard measures are designed.
