【摘要】：紡織工業(yè)是一個(gè)國家與地區(qū)工業(yè)化初期的主導(dǎo)行業(yè),隨后紡織品與服裝成為對(duì)外貿(mào)易當(dāng)中最主要出口制成品之一。紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)在各國的工業(yè)中占據(jù)著重要的地位。我國的現(xiàn)代紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)起步較晚,但近現(xiàn)代以來發(fā)展較快。目前,紡織工業(yè)已經(jīng)是我國的傳統(tǒng)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,各國的傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)紛紛作出結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,紡織工業(yè)也正在從勞動(dòng)密集型的產(chǎn)業(yè)向資本及技術(shù)密集型的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變,發(fā)達(dá)國家的資本技術(shù)比較優(yōu)勢與發(fā)展中國家勞動(dòng)力比較優(yōu)勢互為補(bǔ)充,不斷改變著國際紡織品市場的貿(mào)易格局。 從1994年以來,中國成為世界上最大的紡織品的生產(chǎn)國和出口國,紡織工業(yè)一直都是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國的紡織業(yè)從過去的勞動(dòng)密集型正在慢慢向技術(shù)密集型轉(zhuǎn)變。2001年起,中國正式加入了WTO,紡織業(yè)的發(fā)展遇到了前所未有的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。在新形式下對(duì)紡織業(yè)進(jìn)行深入研究對(duì)紡織業(yè)的發(fā)展起至關(guān)重要的作用。 本文通過對(duì)影響我國紡織品的各個(gè)因素的研究分析,揭示影響我國紡織品的國際影響力的各個(gè)要素的單個(gè)因素現(xiàn)狀及競爭力狀況,以波特鉆石模型為基礎(chǔ),研究其對(duì)我國紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的影響,并進(jìn)而研究鉆石模型的各個(gè)要素之間的關(guān)系。由于我國的紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)是以勞動(dòng)力成本比較優(yōu)勢為基礎(chǔ)的,因此本文以勞動(dòng)力成本優(yōu)勢為基礎(chǔ),深入分析了其他各要素與勞動(dòng)力成本的關(guān)系以及其他要素的國際競爭力。通過分析,本文認(rèn)為,在當(dāng)前遵循要素稟賦的比較優(yōu)勢發(fā)展紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)我國來說仍然具有很現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義,同時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)大力促進(jìn)比較優(yōu)勢向競爭優(yōu)勢的轉(zhuǎn)變,另外,由于東南亞等新興市場的出現(xiàn),我國應(yīng)當(dāng)直面挑戰(zhàn),充分利用我國的比較優(yōu)勢,培育紡織產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,為紡織業(yè)的發(fā)展提供好的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Textile industry is a leading industry in the early stage of industrialization of a country and region, and then textiles and clothing become one of the main export manufactures in foreign trade.Textile industry occupies an important position in the industry of various countries.The modern textile industry of our country starts late, but develops rapidly since the modern times.At present, textile industry has been the traditional pillar industry of our country.Under the background of the current economic globalization, the traditional industries of various countries have made structural adjustments one after another, and the textile industry is changing from labor-intensive to capital-and technology-intensive industries.The comparative advantage of capital technology in developed countries and the comparative advantage of labor force in developing countries complement each other, which constantly change the trade pattern of international textile market.Since 1994, China has become the world's largest producer and exporter of textiles, and the textile industry has always been the pillar industry of China's national economy.China's textile industry is slowly changing from labor-intensive to technology-intensive in the past. Since 2001, China has formally joined the WTO. The development of textile industry has encountered unprecedented opportunities as well as unprecedented challenges.Further research on textile industry plays an important role in the development of textile industry under the new situation.Through the research and analysis of the factors affecting the textile industry in China, this paper reveals the current situation of individual factors and competitiveness of the factors affecting the international influence of textiles in China, based on the Porter Diamond Model.This paper studies its influence on the international competitiveness of China's textile industry and further studies the relationship between the various elements of diamond model.Because the textile industry of our country is based on the comparative advantage of labor cost, this paper, based on the advantage of labor cost, deeply analyzes the relationship between other factors and labor cost, as well as the international competitiveness of other elements.Through the analysis, this paper holds that the development of textile industry in accordance with the comparative advantage of factor endowment is still of practical significance to our country, and at the same time, we should make great efforts to promote the transformation of comparative advantage to competitive advantage.Due to the emergence of emerging markets such as Southeast Asia, China should face the challenge directly, make full use of China's comparative advantages, cultivate the industrial cluster of textile products, and provide a good environment for the development of textile industry.
