基于要素控制的齊二機(jī)床廠生產(chǎn)效率提升對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:作為裝備制造業(yè)的基本生產(chǎn)工具,重型機(jī)床尤其是高端重型機(jī)床承載著先進(jìn)的制造技術(shù),被視為裝備制造業(yè)的工作母機(jī),是發(fā)展高端裝備制造業(yè)的利器。為振興重型機(jī)床行業(yè),,我國(guó)陸續(xù)出臺(tái)了一系列的扶持政策,推動(dòng)了重型機(jī)床行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和技術(shù)水平的升級(jí)。我國(guó)重型機(jī)床制造企業(yè)的制造能力不斷增強(qiáng)、發(fā)展勢(shì)頭較為強(qiáng)勁,但與世界先進(jìn)企業(yè)相比仍存在明顯的差距,企業(yè)落后的不僅僅是產(chǎn)品技術(shù)和裝備設(shè)施,還缺乏先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)模式和管理機(jī)制。我國(guó)重型機(jī)床制造企業(yè)為提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,應(yīng)在增強(qiáng)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力和提高制造工藝設(shè)計(jì)水平的同時(shí),完善生產(chǎn)模式并建立健全管理機(jī)制,不斷提升企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率。 本文在梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于生產(chǎn)效率影響因素、生產(chǎn)效率管理等生產(chǎn)效率相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)研發(fā)與主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)組織三個(gè)方面分析了齊二機(jī)床廠的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)了影響企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的要素主要包括技術(shù)和組織兩個(gè)方面并進(jìn)行了深入分析。通過(guò)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀和生產(chǎn)效率影響要素的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,齊二機(jī)床廠的客戶(hù)需求趨于個(gè)性化、產(chǎn)品供貨周期不斷縮短、配套設(shè)置要求更高,而企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)效率方面仍然存在產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力弱、忽視制造條件的提升、生產(chǎn)模式不完善和管理機(jī)制不健全等問(wèn)題,若不及時(shí)解決將嚴(yán)重阻礙企業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文針對(duì)生產(chǎn)效率存在的問(wèn)題從基于產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新控制、基于制造條件控制、基于生產(chǎn)模式控制和基于管理機(jī)制控制四個(gè)方面設(shè)計(jì)出了齊二機(jī)床廠基于要素控制的生產(chǎn)效率提升方案,同時(shí)為保證方案的順利實(shí)施,從推進(jìn)信息化建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)以馬組精神為核心的文化建設(shè)和提升員工素質(zhì)三個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)的管理保障措施。
[Abstract]:As the basic production tool of the equipment manufacturing industry, heavy duty machine tools, especially high-end heavy duty machine tools, bear advanced manufacturing technology, and are regarded as the working mother of the equipment manufacturing industry and a sharp weapon for the development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry. China has introduced a series of supporting policies one after another, which has promoted the adjustment of the structure of heavy machine tool industry and the upgrading of technology level. The manufacturing capacity of heavy machine tool manufacturing enterprises in China has been continuously enhanced, and the development momentum is relatively strong. However, compared with the advanced enterprises in the world, there is still a clear gap. The enterprises lag behind not only the products, technology and equipment facilities, but also the advanced production mode and management mechanism. To realize the sustainable and stable development, we should improve the production mode and management mechanism while enhancing the ability of product innovation and improving the level of manufacturing process design, and constantly improve the production efficiency of enterprises. On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign theories on production efficiency influencing factors, production efficiency management and other production efficiency theories, this paper starts from the market environment. Three aspects of product technology research and development, leading product and production organization are analyzed in this paper. This paper finds out that the factors that affect the production efficiency of enterprises mainly include two aspects: technology and organization. Through the analysis of the present situation of production and operation and the factors affecting production efficiency, it is found that with the intensification of market competition, The customer demand of the second machine tool factory tends to be individualized, the product supply cycle is continuously shortened, and the set up requirements are higher. However, the enterprise still has weak product innovation ability and neglects the improvement of manufacturing conditions in terms of production efficiency. Some problems, such as imperfect production mode and imperfect management mechanism, will seriously hinder the development of enterprises if they are not solved in time. This paper aims at the problems existing in production efficiency from product innovation control, manufacturing condition control, manufacturing condition control, and so on. Based on the four aspects of production mode control and management mechanism control, this paper designs a production efficiency promotion scheme based on factor control in the second machine tool factory. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan, the informatization construction is promoted. Strengthening the cultural construction with the spirit of horse formation as the core and improving the quality of the staff, the corresponding management guarantee measures are put forward.
