【摘要】:“十二五”規(guī)劃強(qiáng)調(diào)加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,開(kāi)創(chuàng)科學(xué)發(fā)展新局面,以及發(fā)展現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和開(kāi)展的五大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,如何發(fā)揮其龍頭老大作用,推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)更穩(wěn)健更健康地發(fā)展,關(guān)鍵在于如何提升名族產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,核心在于如何提高研發(fā)投入,將資金引導(dǎo)向研究和開(kāi)發(fā)中去。 中國(guó)的汽車(chē)市場(chǎng)將越來(lái)越成為各跨國(guó)企業(yè)的銷(xiāo)售重心和利潤(rùn)來(lái)源,已經(jīng)成為全世界各國(guó)的共識(shí),面對(duì)越來(lái)越激烈的來(lái)自各國(guó)知名品牌的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何發(fā)展和穩(wěn)固市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位,已經(jīng)越來(lái)越難以依賴(lài)政府的行政手段和當(dāng)?shù)乇Wo(hù)主義,更為切實(shí)際地是如何通過(guò)提煉自身的“內(nèi)功”,發(fā)揮其重管理成體系的研發(fā)功能。 本文針對(duì)中國(guó)汽車(chē)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)20家主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)為整車(chē)制造和銷(xiāo)售的上市公司的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,剔除數(shù)據(jù)量不足的樣本3家,對(duì)17家企業(yè)的1999年至2012年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理,建立起研發(fā)投入強(qiáng)度與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的計(jì)量模型,應(yīng)用面板數(shù)據(jù)的固定效應(yīng)估值方法,目的是為了考察研發(fā)投入與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益之間的顯著相關(guān)性。在計(jì)量模型的運(yùn)算過(guò)程中同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)的性質(zhì)對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)效益之間同樣存在非常顯著的相關(guān)性。進(jìn)一步論述了在中國(guó)現(xiàn)存的汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展格局下,引進(jìn)外資和開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),是提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的有效手段,證明了中國(guó)目前汽車(chē)合資模式存在的合理性。 最后,向汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)職能部門(mén)提出了政策建議。在這樣的既要發(fā)展民族自主品牌,又要確保企業(yè)的生存能力和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位的兩難局面下,提出了要通過(guò)引導(dǎo)和實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的合并和重組,發(fā)揮規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),是效仿國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)汽車(chē)工業(yè)國(guó)家,是中國(guó)未來(lái)汽車(chē)工業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan emphasizes speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development, creating a new phase of scientific development, and developing the modern industrial system and improving the core competitiveness of the industry. The automobile industry is one of the five pillar industries in economic construction and development. How to give play to its leading role and promote the economic construction to develop more steadily and healthily, the key lies in how to enhance the overall competitive strength of the famous industry, the core is how to improve the R & D investment and how to guide the funds to the research and development. The automobile market in China will become the selling center and profit source of multinational enterprises more and more. It has become the consensus of all countries all over the world. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition from well-known brands in various countries, how to develop and stabilize the competitive position in the market? It has become more and more difficult to rely on the administrative means of the government and local protectionism, more practical is how to refine their own "internal work", play its re-management into a system of research and development function. In view of the current situation of China's automobile industry, this paper analyzes the financial data of 20 listed companies whose main business is the manufacture and sale of whole vehicles, and excludes 3 samples with insufficient data. The data of 17 enterprises from 1999 to 2012 were sorted out, and the measurement model of R & D investment intensity and economic benefit was established, and the fixed effect valuation method of panel data was applied. The purpose is to investigate the significant correlation between R & D investment and economic benefits. There is also a very significant correlation between the nature of the enterprise and the economic benefits. It is further discussed that under the existing pattern of development of the automobile industry in China, the introduction of foreign capital and the development of technology are effective means to improve economic efficiency. It proves the rationality of China's automobile joint venture mode at present. Finally, it puts forward policy recommendations to the relevant functional departments of the automobile industry. Under such a dilemma of developing national independent brands and ensuring the survival ability of enterprises and market competition position, It is pointed out that it is the only way for the future development of Chinese automobile industry to emulate the developed countries of automobile industry in foreign countries to guide and realize the merger and reorganization of enterprises and bring into play the effect of economies of scale.
