晉江市休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步,休閑食品日益成為大眾青睞食品。食品產(chǎn)業(yè)作為人類的產(chǎn)業(yè),一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化水平和發(fā)展速度已成為判斷該國或地區(qū)人民生活質(zhì)量高低和改善程度的重要標(biāo)志。晉江市是我國重要的休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)基地,已經(jīng)形成了具有自身特色和品牌的優(yōu)勢,并呈現(xiàn)出一批國內(nèi)外知名品牌。休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)度和輻射效應(yīng)不斷提高,,其經(jīng)濟(jì)作用日益明顯。晉江休閑食品企業(yè)在面臨發(fā)展的極大機(jī)遇的同時(shí),市場競爭的強(qiáng)度和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也在與日俱增,晉江休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)將如何進(jìn)一步發(fā)展?是晉江休閑食品行業(yè)面臨的重要課題。 文章結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為六部分。第一部分為前言,交代本文的研究背景、目的與意義、研究內(nèi)容與目標(biāo)、研究方法等。第二部分為基本理論部分,對(duì)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)以及休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理,在吸學(xué)者專家研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分別對(duì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、系統(tǒng)學(xué)理論、休閑經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評(píng)價(jià)理論等進(jìn)行闡述。第三部分論述研究區(qū)域概況,主要包括產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展背景、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析。第四部分根據(jù)鉆石模型的分析框架,從生產(chǎn)要素、需求、相關(guān)支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)、機(jī)遇、政府六個(gè)方面對(duì)晉江休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行分析。第五部分提出晉江休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略,主要有成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略、品牌創(chuàng)建戰(zhàn)略、集中目標(biāo)戰(zhàn)略、科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略。第六部分為結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With China's economic development and social progress, has become a popular leisure food favored food. Food industry as a food industry, industrial countries or regions of the level of modernization and the pace of development has become an important symbol of judging the quality of people's life level and Gai Shancheng of the country or the region. Jinjiang city is our country's important leisure food the industrial base, has formed its own characteristics and brand advantages, and presents a number of well-known brands at home and abroad. The leisure food industry on the regional economic contribution degree and the radiation effect of increasing its economic role is increasingly obvious. Leisure food enterprises in Jinjiang are facing great opportunities for development at the same time, the market competition strength and the risk in Jinjiang leisure food industry will grow with each passing day, how to further develop? Is an important issue facing Jinjiang leisure food industry.
The structure of this paper is mainly divided into six parts. The first part is the preface, the introduction of the research background, purpose and significance, research content and objectives, research methods. The second part is the basic theory part, the paper summarizes the domestic and foreign related leisure food industry and leisure food industry development strategy based on the literature, absorbing research experts and scholars results, respectively on the sustainable development theory, system theory, theory of leisure economy, industry competitiveness evaluation theory in this paper. The third part discusses the general situation of research area, mainly including the background of industry development, development status and problems, and related data analysis. The fourth part according to the analysis framework of diamond model, from the demand of production factors and, related and supporting industries, business opportunities, and carries on the analysis to the Jinjiang food industry competitiveness in six aspects. The fifth part puts forward the Jinjiang government Hugh The development strategy of leisure food industry mainly includes cost leading strategy, brand creation strategy, centralized target strategy, and scientific and technological innovation strategy. The sixth part is the conclusion.
