【摘要】:關(guān)于信用的研究,主要集中于個(gè)人消費(fèi)信用、企業(yè)信用等,就項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的研究更多的涉及資質(zhì)測評(píng)、勝任力測評(píng)、績效考核等,建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的職業(yè)信用研究則并不多見。建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理職業(yè)信用測評(píng)是一種可信度評(píng)價(jià),是項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理雇主對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有完成某一工作任務(wù)的意愿和職業(yè)能力的信任程度的量化。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理是項(xiàng)目管理的核心和靈魂人物,其職業(yè)信用和職業(yè)表現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的成敗有著重大影響。 本文重點(diǎn)解決三個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題,即建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理職業(yè)信用綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建、指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定以及綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。首先,本文將建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的職業(yè)信用綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系劃分為兩個(gè)部分,即職業(yè)道德和職業(yè)能力,以保證指標(biāo)體系的全面性和科學(xué)性。其中,創(chuàng)造性的將職業(yè)道德指標(biāo)分為誠實(shí)度、忠誠度、廉潔度、公正度、幫扶度、敬業(yè)度、開明度和保密度八個(gè)子指標(biāo),并對(duì)各指標(biāo)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行界定。而職業(yè)能力是項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理職業(yè)信用的另一重要因素,是職業(yè)道德指標(biāo)的有力補(bǔ)充,充分體現(xiàn)“德能兼?zhèn)?以德為先”的用人標(biāo)準(zhǔn),符合我國國情。 其次,針對(duì)指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定,文章采用主客觀相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行賦權(quán),既充分考慮主觀賦權(quán)和客觀賦權(quán)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),也彌補(bǔ)了二者的不足。 最后,針對(duì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型問題,論文將灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度和TOPSIS法以及幾何平均法創(chuàng)造性的應(yīng)用到建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的職業(yè)信用評(píng)價(jià),采用算例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,從而選擇相對(duì)較優(yōu)的評(píng)價(jià)模型,以便更好地將單項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)轉(zhuǎn)化成全面、整體的綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Study on credit, mainly focus on personal consumption credit, enterprise credit, research project manager more involved in qualification evaluation, competency evaluation, performance evaluation, research on credit construction project manager occupation is rare. The credit evaluation of construction project manager occupation is a kind of credibility evaluation, is the project manager with the employer the completion of a task and the willingness of occupation ability trust quantification of the project manager. The project manager is the core and soul of project management, has a significant effect on the occupation and occupation of credit performance on the success of the project.
This paper focuses on three key issues, namely the construction of the construction project manager occupation comprehensive credit evaluation index system, the index weights and comprehensive evaluation model. Firstly, this paper will build the project manager's occupation credit evaluation index system is divided into two parts, namely the occupation morals and occupation ability, to ensure comprehensive and scientific the index system. Among them, the creative occupation moral index into honesty, loyalty, integrity, impartiality, helping, engagement, open the lightness and confidentiality of the eight sub indicators, and the indicators of the content are defined. And the occupation ability is another important factor, the project manager is the occupation of credit. A powerful supplement to occupation moral indicators, fully embodies the "virtue and first" to Germany for employment standards, in line with China's national conditions.
Secondly, aiming at the determination of index weight, the article adopts subjective and objective combination method to empowerment. It not only fully considers the advantages of subjective and objective weighting, but also makes up for the two shortcomings.
Finally, aiming at the problem of comprehensive evaluation model, the evaluation of occupation credit grey correlation and TOPSIS method and the geometric mean method creatively applied to the construction project manager, with the example of empirical analysis, in order to choose the relatively better evaluation model, in order to better integrate into the comprehensive evaluation, the comprehensive evaluation results of the whole.
