【摘要】：摘要：經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展、人們生活水平提高和健康意識(shí)的提升，為功能糖產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了廣闊的發(fā)展空間。功能糖產(chǎn)業(yè)是禹城市重要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，十幾年前就已經(jīng)開(kāi)始了功能糖工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。禹城市功能糖企業(yè)，在國(guó)內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先地位，在國(guó)際上也具有一定的影響力，，但是與日本等核心技術(shù)領(lǐng)先的國(guó)家相比，禹城市功能糖企業(yè)在研發(fā)和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方面還存在差距。禹城市功能糖企業(yè)如何保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，在全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中趕超發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，是相關(guān)企業(yè)都應(yīng)該思考的問(wèn)題。本文想從產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的角度分析禹城市功能糖企業(yè)的發(fā)展問(wèn)題，借助產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)理論探討禹城市功能糖產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與制約因素，并提出有助于產(chǎn)業(yè)提升的建議和對(duì)策。 本文首先介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的相關(guān)理論，這是分析禹城市功能糖產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)對(duì)理論的梳理和研究，本文認(rèn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)可以從產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和全球價(jià)值鏈提升兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行。闡述功能糖產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)，分析禹城市功能糖產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)與在全球價(jià)值鏈的現(xiàn)狀以及禹城市功能糖產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和制約因素，借助產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)理論，通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和價(jià)值鏈升級(jí)兩個(gè)途徑，在產(chǎn)品和市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，研發(fā)和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)能力提升等方面為禹城市功能糖產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)提出相應(yīng)的建議與對(duì)策。為禹城市功能糖企業(yè)在日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the rapid development of economy, the improvement of people's living standard and the improvement of health consciousness, the functional sugar industry is an important pillar industry in Yucheng City. The industrial production of functional sugar began more than ten years ago. Yucheng's functional sugar enterprises are in a leading position at home and have a certain degree of influence internationally, but compared with Japan and other leading countries in core technology, Yucheng functional sugar enterprises still have a gap in R & D and marketing. How do Yucheng functional sugar enterprises maintain their competitive advantage and catch up with developed countries in the global competition? This paper analyzes the development of functional sugar enterprises in Yucheng from the angle of industrial upgrading, and discusses the advantages and constraints of the upgrading of functional sugar industry in Yucheng with the help of the theory of industrial upgrading. Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to help industry upgrade. This paper first introduces the related theories of industrial upgrading, which is the theoretical basis of analyzing the functional sugar industry upgrading in Yucheng. This paper holds that industrial upgrading can be carried out from two aspects: industrial internal structure optimization and global value chain upgrading. This paper analyzes the internal structure of functional sugar industry in Yucheng and its present situation in the global value chain, as well as the advantages and constraints of the upgrading of functional sugar industry in Yucheng. In the aspects of product and market structure adjustment, research and development and marketing ability promotion, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for Yucheng functional sugar industry upgrading, and provides reference for Yucheng functional sugar enterprises to maintain sustainable and healthy development in the increasingly fierce competition.
